If your wall socket does not already have a PoE connection, then you must insert an Ethernet cable into the wall socket, and connect one end of the cable to a port on your PoE switch. ENGLISH PRODUCT SETUP The following steps describe how to install the $3 + ; into a wall socket: PoE Switch Step 1: Unscrew the existing face plate or device and remove it from the wall socket.
ENGLISH Step 4: Place the $3 + ; and attached bracket over the wall socket and screw in place. Step 5: Finally, attach the face plate to the bracket by pushing it until it clicks into place. The device is now ready for configuration. Once the $3 + ; is assembled and mounted in a wall socket, you will need to configure the device with a computer connected directly to the unit.
