Re: Meter Manufacturer Manual
The STATSignal Focus Module is installed in Landis + Gyr’s electric meters as original equipment. It is a
single PCB that contains both the Focus metrology PCB as well as the Hunt Technologies’ STATSignal
PCB. We do not supply a manual with the unit but we do notify the meter manufacturer of the required
statements that must be placed in the meter manual, meeting the requirements of the Federal
Communications Commission CFR 47, Part 15, Paragraph 15.19(a)(3) and Industry Canada RSS-210,
Paragraph 5.11.
A ‘Ship-Sheet’ is sent along with the final product to the end user; in this the 15.19 requirements are also
stated. See Exhibit D Ship Sheet.
