In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric current. This product is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an outlet that is properly installed and grounded. Front Wash Seat Sensor Area PROOF Spray Wand Rear Wash Stop Flush Low Light Sensor Control Panel Manual Operation NOTE: When the cleansing wash features are activated from the control panel, they will default to the middle temperature, pressure, and wand position settings. Front Wash - Press the icon to activate front wash. Washing will stop automatically after 5 minutes or can be stopped by pressing the Stop icon. Rear Wash - Press the icon to activate rear wash.
Docking Station Control Panel Power Button PROOF Front Wash Remote Control - Setup Rear Wash NOTE: The remote control must be charged to operate. The ″stop″ icon will blink when the remote needs to be charged. Charging the Remote Verify that the docking station has batteries installed. Refer to the ″Replacing the Batteries″ section. Place the remote control on docking station. The remote is adequately charged when the ″stop″ icon stops blinking.
Docking Station Power Button PROOF Remote Control - General Features IMPORTANT! To activate features using the remote control, the remote must be paired with the toilet. Refer to the ″Remote Control - Setup″ section. Press the power button to turn the remote control on or off. Stop - Press the ″stop″ icon to stop an activated cleansing wash feature. Press and hold to turn off the remote control. Eco Flush - Press the ″eco flush″ icon to flush the toilet with 0.8 gpf (3.0 lpf).
PROOF Remote Control - Cleansing Features IMPORTANT! To activate features using the remote control, the remote must be paired with the toilet. Refer to the ″Remote Control - Setup″ section. NOTE: Water temperature, water pressure, wand position, and massage action are adjustable while the front or rear wash is in use. The dots to the left of the icons indicate the current setting. Front Wash - Press the ″front″ icon to activate water spray from the front of the wand.
Control Panel PROOF Flush Enable/Disable Automatic Features NOTE: Automatic features come enabled from the factory. Deodorizer When enabled, the deodorizer automatically activates while the toilet is in use. Press and hold the Flush icon on the control panel until the nightlight blinks three times. Press the ″rear″ icon on the remote control. The nightlight will blink. A short beep indicates that the feature is enabled. A long beep indicates that the feature is disabled.
Enable/Disable Automatic Features (cont.) Press the ″seat″ icon on the remote control. The nightlight blinks once when the sensor is set to short distance, twice for middistance, and three times for long distance. A short beep indicates that the feature is enabled. A long beep indicates that the feature is disabled. Nightlight When enabled, the nightlight automatically turns on in low lighting conditions. PROOF Press and hold the Flush icon on the control panel until the nightlight blinks three times.
Control Panel PROOF Cleaning the Spray Wand On the remote control, press and hold the ″position″ icon to extend the wand forward. Or on the control panel (while unseated), press and hold the Front Wash or Rear Wash button to extend the wand forward. Remove and immerse the wand tip in an appropriate cleaning solution. Clean the spray wand with a soft-bristled brush and an appropriate cleaning solution. Install the wand tip back onto the spray wand. The wand will automatically retract after 2 minutes.
Power Switch PROOF Filter Cleaning or Replacing the Filters Disconnect the power to the toilet. Turn off the water by closing the water supply stop. Remove the right side panel. Turn off the power to the toilet by flipping the internal switch. Remove the filters and inspect them for damage. If the filters are damaged, replace them. If the filters are clogged, remove all debris. Install the filters. Turn on the power to the toilet by flipping the internal switch. Reattach the right side panel.
Draining the Tank PROOF Drain Button NOTICE: Drain the water from the internal water line if the seat will not be used for long periods of time, or there is the possibility of freezing temperatures. Turn off the water supply and unplug the unit. Flush the toilet to relieve any pressure from the water supply hose. Remove the right side panel. Turn off the power to the toilet by flipping the internal switch. Press the drain button until all water is drained from the internal water line.
Back of Docking Station PROOF Replacing the Batteries NOTE: The red light on the docking station will blink when the batteries are low. The ″stop″ icon on the remote control will blink when it has a low charge and should be returned to the docking station. If the remote control is secured to the docking station, remove it and set aside. Remove the docking station from the wall by carefully lifting up and out. Open the back compartment on the docking station by pushing both tabs outward at the same time.
Troubleshooting (cont.) General Symptoms 4. The toilet has power but does not respond. No water sprays from the wand or it has a weak stream when activated. B. The inlet hose from the water supply stop to the toilet is kinked or looped too tight. C. The sensor does not detect the user. D. The filter is blocked or damaged. 6. 7. 8. 9. The heated seat is not working. Water stops flowing from the spray wand before cleansing is complete. The deodorizer is not working.

Entretien et nettoyage (cont.) • Ne pas laisser les nettoyants tremper sur les surfaces. • Utiliser une éponge ou un chiffon doux et humide. Ne jamais utiliser de matériau abrasif comme une brosse ou une éponge à récurer pour nettoyer les surfaces. • Pour les toilettes Artist Edition : Traiter le produit décoratif comme s’il s’agissait d’une porcelaine fine. NE PAS utiliser de brosses en soies ni d’éponges abrasives. Cela rayerait les surfaces décoratives.
Panneau de commande PROOF Nettoyage de la baguette de vaporisation Sur la télécommande, appuyer et continuer à appuyer sur l’icône « position » pour prolonger la baguette vers l’avant. Ou sur le panneau de commande (alors que non assis), appuyer et continuer à appuyer sur le bouton Lavage avant ou Lavage arrière pour prolonger la baguette vers l’avant. Retirer et immerger la pointe de la baguette dans une solution de nettoyage appropriée.
Interrupteur d'alimentation PROOF Filtre Nettoyage ou remplacement des filtres Déconnecter l’alimentation électrique de la toilette. Couper l’alimentation en eau au niveau du robinet d’arrêt d’alimentation en eau. Retirer le panneau latéral droit. Couper l’alimentation électrique à la toilette en basculant l’interrupteur interne. Retirer les filtres et les inspecter pour y rechercher des dommages. Si les filtres sont endommagés, les remplacer. Si les filtres sont obstrués, retirer tous les débris.
Vidange du réservoir PROOF Bouton du drain AVIS: Vider l’eau de la conduite d’eau interne si le siège n’est pas utilisé pendant de longues périodes, ou s’il y a une possibilité de températures de gel. Couper l’arrivée d’eau et débrancher le dispositif. Passer la chasse pour relâcher toute pression du tuyau d’alimentation en eau. Retirer le panneau latéral droit. Couper l’alimentation électrique à la toilette en basculant l’interrupteur interne.

Cuidado y limpieza (cont.) Panel de control PROOF Limpieza de la varilla de rociado En el control remoto, oprima y sostenga oprimido el icono de posición ″position″ para extender la varilla hacia adelante. O en el panel de control (al estar sentado), oprima y sostenga oprimido el botón de lavado frontal o de lavado posterior para extender la varilla hacia adelante. Retire y sumerja la punta de la varilla en una solución de limpieza apropiada.
Interruptor de suministro eléctrico PROOF Filtro Limpieza o cambio de filtros Desconecte el suministro eléctrico al inodoro. Cierre la llave de paso de suministro para cerrar el suministro de agua.
