Warranties:

 Passive Speakers: Passive speakers are speakers which do not have a built-in amplifier,

and must be connected to an amplifier with speaker wire. Examples include our current

floor standing models.

 Active Speakers: Active speakers include a built-in amplifier, and include home audio

products such as HD Theater SB 3 and Klipsch Icon SB 1.

 Subwoofers

 Active Personal Products: Active personal products include our smaller active models

such as the ProMedia 2.1 and G-17 Air speakers.

Beware of counterfeit products trading off of the valuable goodwill of the KLIPSCH®

brand. Like many companies that have expended years and enormous resources in carefully

developing brand recognition, Klipsch products are being unlawfully imitated and sold at inferior

quality through unauthorized channels, and usually at drastically reduced prices.

Store Policy

This is our online store policy. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it for a

full refund. Return it with an RA within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing list.
