Basic Functions
1. Powering On/Off
Powering on
When the radio is off, supply a voltage of 12~24V, and the radio will
be powered on automatically within about 30s.
When the radio is in soft off state, you can start it by pressing
and holding for 3s before release.
Powering on
When the radio is on, you can power it off by pressing and holding
for 5s before release.
2. Standby Mode
To minimize battery consumption, press to set the radio to standby
mode.
3. Adjusting the Volume
In the main interface, press the Volume Up/Down key to turn up/down
the volume.
4. Login
Login
After power-on, the login interface as shown below will be displayed.
Log in by entering an account and a password (“123456” by default),
which are created on the Network Management System (NMS).
Note: After successful login, the password will be remembered for
automatic login next time.
Apps
You can run other apps by clicking Apps at the bottom of the interface.
Clear SMS cache: Clear the list of recorded messages and cached
data.
Locating interval: Set the interval of GPS data upload to 6s, 12s, 30s,
60s, 120s or 300s.
Outgoing call alert: Enable/disable the alert of outgoing-call.
Incoming call alert: Enable/disable the alert of incoming call.
Sign out: Return to the login interface.
10 .Advanced Functions
On the dispatcher software, you can enable revive, stun, kill, voice
playback and track playback.

To cater to users’ habits, the P1, P2, P3 and emergency alarm keys
can be programmed as shortcut keys to various functions.
The default functions of these keys are listed below.

Attentions:
1. The radio should be installed in a position where it can be used
conveniently and personal injury can be avoided while driving a
vehicle in poor road condition.
2. While drilling holes, protect the internal wires of a vehicle or of other
devices from being damaged.
3. Leave enough space behind the radio for wiring.
4. Make sure the power cord is long enough so that the radio can be
maintained with the power connected.
5. While replacing the fuse, make sure a fuse meeting requirements
is used.
Take the following steps to install the radio.
1. Fix the bracket at a position in a vehicle where operation is
convenient using the four M5*16 self-tapping screws.
2. Fix the mobile onto the bracket using the two wing screws.
3. Wire the 3-meter power cord, connect its open end to the engine
battery or other power supply (with supply voltage not higher than
26V). Make sure the red wire is connected to the anode and the
black wire to the cathode. Install the supplied fuse, and connect
the power plug to the power interface at the rear of the radio.
4. Connect the 4G antenna and the GPS antenna respectively
according to the indications at the rear of the radio.
5. Plug the hand microphone, the direction sign up, into the
corresponding interface of the radio, and rotate clockwise the
cover lock on the plug. When the lock contacts the slot on the
radio, press it a bit and continue to rotate it until it is tightened.
Installing/Uninstalling Hand Microphone
To install the hand microphone, plug the hand microphone (with the
direction sign up) into the corresponding interface of the radio, and
rotate clockwise the cover lock on the plug. When the lock contacts
the slot on the radio, press it a bit and continue to rotate it until it is
tightened.
To uninstall the hand microphone, rotate clockwise the cover lock on
the plug to the greatest extent, and then pull out the plug.

5. Making/Receiving a call
After successful login, you can make a call by holding down the PTT
key on the hand microphone. The call state
will be displayed in the message bar.
When a call is received, voice will be played automatically, and the
caller’s name will be displayed, for example .
6. Groups Interface
In the Groups interface, all groups are displayed, and the current group
will be highlighted. You can switch to another group by clicking the
group. To refresh groups, scroll down the page.
7. Members Interface
In the Members interface, you can see the contact list after configuration
on the NMS as well as the members of the current group.
A contact is indicated with the icon .
You can search for a contact or group member by entering in the upper
part of the interface.
You can make an individual call or send a message to a contact or group
member by clicking it.
8. Voice Record Interface
Voice is recorded in the local cache.
In this interface, received voice is displayed on the left and sent voice
on the right. You can play a voice record by clicking it.
9. Setting Interface
In the Setting interface, you can set the followings.
Max voice cache: Set the maximum number of voice records for the
radio.
Clear voice cache: Clear all the recorded voice.
Replace the fuse with a new one, make
sure correct connection of the anode and
cathode of power supply, and then power
on the radio.
Fully charge the battery before using the
radio, or change for power supply with a
voltage of 10.8V
