Q: CA20 is not in the Device Manager
A:
1: Please turn on the privacy switch (on the top of the CA20
webcam).
2: Please move to other USB port, better to plug to the PCs
motherboard USB 3.0 port .
3: If you are using any anti virus then must disable cam protection
protocol of the antivirus otherwise window won
t detect the
camera .
Q: Windows Hello isn't available on this device or
We couldn't find a camera compatible with Windows Hello Face
A:
1: Please disable the build in IR camera if you have.
2: Check whether “Integrated IR Camera is under Device
Manager--Cameras or Imaging Devices. Whether “Windows Hello
Face Software Device” under Device Manager--Biometric devices.
3:a) Open File Explorer, navigate to
C:\Windows\System32\WinBioPlugIns\FaceDriver
