KTI Laser Warranty Policy

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Kapro Tools, Inc. warranties of our Kapro Laser product is free from defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of 24 months from the original date of purchase, subject to all the terms and conditions
hereunder. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
This warranty does not apply to calibration or issues due to an improperly calibrated product, it is the user’s
sole responsibility to verify the unit is calibrated before every use and anytime it is left unattended.
Kapro Tools’ sole obligation under this warranty is to replace the product for a period of 24 months from
the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only on the condition that the product has been
maintained and operated under conditions of normal use. This warranty shall be void if the product has
been subject to misuse or neglect, damaged by an act of vandalism, or repaired or altered in any way that
adversely affects its performance or reliability.
It is highly recommended that the original packing and carton is saved and used on all returns.
To obtain warranty coverage, the purchaser MUST return the product along with a copy of the original
purchase receipt showing item number and date of purchase. It is required to contact KTI (1-888-453-8357)
prior to shipping any product back to its warehouse to ensure the item is handled correctly and swiftly upon
its receipt.
All return shipping and insurance charges are the sole responsibility of purchaser and are not included in
this warranty.
KTI will do everything in its power to inspect and ship out a unit within 24 business hours after the receipt
of the product in Lake Mills, WI. KTI will cover all standard rate shipping and insurance charges on this
segment of the warranty return.
In no event shall Kapro’s liability exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied including but not limited to any
warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressed excluded and
disclaimed. Kapro shall not be liable for loss of profits or any special, incidental, consequential or punitive
damages which purchaser may sustain, directly or indirectly arising from purchaser’s use or inability to use
the product, even if Kapro has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply.
This warranty shall not be extended, adhered or varied except by a written instrument duly signed by
Kapro.
