Do not connect the water supply part to a warm water pipe. It can cause malfunction or accidents. Make sure to connect it to a cold water pipe. Do not use the product under direct sunlight. It can cause discoloration or bleaching. Make sure to inspect the water feed connection part after installation for any leakage.

01 PRODUCT INFORMATION GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS • This appliance must be grounded. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, grounding will reduce the risk of electric shock by providing a path of least resistance for electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having an appliance-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

02 HOW TO USE Important! Connect product to power. Plug the power cord and press the Power button on the control panel to turn on the bidet. The power supply must be connected for the bidet toilet to operate properly. This product is for 120 V~ 60 Hz. Connect the power plug to a grounded electrical outlet for 120 V~ 60 Hz. Open the water supply valve. A water source must be supplied to the product for it to function properly.
How to set special modes EN Press and hold the ‘Power’ button and ‘Spray’ button at the same time for about 2 seconds on the control panel. All the LEDs on the control panel turn off and the equipment enters the Special mode. * If no button is pressed for more than about 10 seconds, the special mode is disabled. 1 2 Sound mode After entering the special mode, press the ‘Power’ button the control panel to select a sound mode. - When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on.
02 HOW TO USE Important! 4 Power saving mode After entering the special mode, press and hold the ‘Power’ button the control panel to select a power saving mode. - When the mode is enabled: The LED turns on. - When the mode is disabled: The LED turns off.
How to set the remote controller connection (pairing) Pairing involves connecting the remote controller to the controller receiver of the main body. You can perform pairing of the main body and remote controller in the following order and use your remote controller afterward. 1 2 3 EN How to pair the main body with the remote controller Plug in the power cord, press the ‘Spray’ button and ‘Nozzle Clean’ button on the right side of the product at the same time and hold them for more than 2 seconds.

Display panel 2 Cleansing mode indicator If you press the Mode button, the indicator turns on in the order of Basic→ Active Move→ Care. 02 HOW TO USE Buttons and display panel (Bidetmega 400) Display panel 6 Seat Temp. button Use it to set the seat temperature. Pressing this button, you can switch the temperature level in the order of Low → Mid → High → Off. 7 Water/Dry Temp. button Use it to set the water/air temperature. Pressing this button, you can switch the temperature level in the order of Low (green) → Mid (yellow) → High (red) → Off.
Water Path & Nozzle Cleaning Water path & nozzle cleaning function With the two-stage cleaning care system of water path → nozzle, you can keep the inside and outside of the bidet hygienic to use the product with relief. EN What is the water path & nozzle cleaning function? To use the water path & nozzle cleaning function, press the ‘Clean Bidet’ button. The operation period of the water path cleaning → nozzle cleaning is 35 seconds. (It is recommended to use the function less than twice per day.

02 HOW TO USE Choose the desired cleansing For rear (Basic / Active Move / Care) cleansing Cleansing [Basic mode] General cleansing mode used to clean the anal region when its conditions are healthy While sitting on the toilet seat, press the ‘Spray’ button on the remote controller. - Before the cleansing water is sprayed, the cleaning nozzle removes cold water so that cleansing is done at the set warm water temperature. - The cleansing water is sprayed for about 1 minute, and it stops automatically.
[Care mode] While sitting on the seat, press the ‘Mode’ button on the remote controller to switch to the care mode. When the mode is changed, the care LED is lit. After changing the mode, press the ‘Spray’ button to start cleansing. EN This is a sensitive cleansing mode used when the conditions of the anal region are not good and require the soft and delicate cleansing * You can change modes even after starting to cleansing.

03 MAINTENANCE Installation Be Careful! During installation Firmly fix the fixing nuts so that the product is not loosened from the toilet. Installation position The bidet is a product installed inside a bathroom, so make sure to choose a spot where water does not splash on the product. After installation Keep the separated toilet seat where it can avoid direct sunlight so it is not damaged. Cold water pipe Make sure to connect it to the cold water pipe.
Remove existing toilet seat Remove the existing toilet seat ❶ and seat cover ❷ by removing the fixing nuts. EN 1 NOTE 2 eep the removed toilet seat in a shaded location to K prevent it from being damaged. 1 Install product NOTE As the bidet should be installed on the toilet, ensure that water is not splashed onto the bidet. 2 1 Turn off the main water supply valve ❶ and separate the existing water tank hose ❷.
03 MAINTENANCE Installation Install product 2-2 Toilet tank Rubber packing T-shaped connector Please connect the T-shaped connectors to the water supply pipe first. If the water supply pipe does not fit or the pipe type is rigid, the 7/8" T-shaped connector can be connected to the inlet of the toilet tank. * Please ensure that the rubber packing is inserted between the water tank inlet and the T-shaped connector.
Install product Connect the bidet hose to the side of the bidet. Make sure that the bidet hose is firmly connected. If the main water supply valve is opened when the hose is not connected properly, the bidet hose may become separated and cause water to splash, resulting in injury. EN 5 살균 DANGER ake care that the bidet hose is not excessively bent by T twisting it. 6 Grounding Pin 7 Open the main water supply valve. Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
03 MAINTENANCE Installation Install remote controller 1 2 Before attaching the bracket, thoroughly wipe the attachment areas with a dry cloth. * If there is water left on it, its adhesion power may be degraded. Depending on the wall type, you can install using the supplied screws and anchor mounts or use the provided double stick tape on the back of the remote wall mount. Make sure the remote mount is fully secure with either method so that it does not fall and damage the remote control.
Cautions for keeping remote controller Caution for falling of the remote controller: When mounting the remote controller, make sure to push it in from the front to the rear. EN Example of correct use * A s shown in the figure, push the remote controller into the holder to insert it firmly. Example of incorrect use. * If you slide the remote controller into the holder from the top to the bottom, it can cause falling or damage of the remote controller.
03 MAINTENANCE Cleaning Clean the nozzle 1 Press and hold the ‘power’ button for about 2 seconds to turn off power of the bidet. 2 Press the ‘Nozzle Clean’ button on the control panel. - The cleansing nozzle comes forward, and the cleansing water is sprayed. - Clean the cleansing nozzle. 3 Press the ‘Nozzle Clean’ button on the control panel one more time. - The cleansing nozzle returns to the place, and the bidet nozzle comes forward, shooting cleansing water. - Clean the bidet nozzle.
Clean the product body EN se a soft cloth or sponge with a neutral detergent U to clean the bidet. Failure to do so may result in product deformation or damage. D isconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet when removing and cleaning the nozzle/drying duct. The nozzle/drying duct can be washed with water, but it must be completely dried before reassembling. The product body and the touch sensor controller should never be cleaned with water.
03 MAINTENANCE Cleaning Clean the mesh filter 1 2 Unplug the power plug and close the main water supply valve. Separate the bidet hose from the bidet’s side. 살균 3 Separate the mesh filter from the water inlet on the bidet’s side. 4 Clean the mesh filter by shaking it under flowing water. - You can use a flat nose plier for pulling out the filter. - Removing foreign substances from the mesh filter a brush is more effective.
I nsert the mesh filter into the water inlet on the bider’s side and connect the bidet hose. 6 pen the main water supply valve and use it after O connecting the power plug. - Push the mesh filter in all the way to the end. EN 5 NOTE - When not using the product for a long period of time, clean the filter before using the product again. - The filter cleaning interval may differ depending on the water quality. - Clogged mesh filter may result in low water pressure.
03 MAINTENANCE Cleaning Remove the product 1 2 3 Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet. Lock the water supply valve. While pressing the button at the bottom right of the product, and holding the both sides of the product, pull it forward to separate it from the fixing board. - Unplug the power and remove the bidet hose when removing the product.
2 Place a bucket of 1 liter or more under the drink plug of the product. 5 Turn the drain cap 90 degrees anti-clockwise ❶ and pull it out in the ❷ direction. EN 1 4 - Open the drain and completely drain the water tank. NOTE Unplug the product if it will not be used for a long time.
04 OTHERS Troubleshooting The bidet may malfunction although the product is not broken, due to the user’s lack of knowledge of how to use it or other minor causes. In such a situation, inspect the product regarding the below items to solve the simple issues without help from the service center. Check the following, and if the problem persists, contact the service center. Problem Possible solutions • Is the power plug disconnected? Plug the power plug into an electrical outlet.
Problem There is a dull sound from the main body after plugging in the power cord. Buttons do not function when pressed. The product generates a low humming sound. The remote controller does not operate. Possible Solutions • Water coming out between the nozzles after cleaning is for cleaning the nozzles and is not a malfunction. EN Water comes out after stopping bidet operation. Check • Sometimes, water drops from around the nozzles fall into the toilet.
