Chapter 1 Introduction 1.1 Purpose This guide will help you set-up and configure your RFID Reader. Following the installation instructions should be quick and easy. 2.3 Software Installation Download the Software Description Document to the computer connected to the RFID Reader. Open the Software Description Document, and follow the instructions described in the Software Description Document to complete the software installation. When installation is finished, open “MTI RFID Tracer” by selecting the following commands: START > All Programs > MTI RFID Tracer and open the file MTI RFID Tracer. Follow the steps described in Section 3.1 or 3.2 of the Software Description Document to open the connection to the reader.
