SAFETY INFORMATION Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully read the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible if an incorrect installation and use causes injuries and damages.
• • • • • • • • Internally the appliance becomes hot when in operation. Do not touch the heating elements that are in the appliance. Always use oven gloves to remove or put in accessories or ovenware. Before maintenance cut the power supply. Ensure that the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp to avoid the possibility of electric shock. Do not use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance.
• Make sure not to cause damage to the mains plug and to the mains cable. Should the mains cable need to be replaced, this must be carried out by our Authorised Service Centre. • Do not let mains cables touch or come near the appliance door, especially when the door is hot. • The shock protection of live and insulated parts must be fastened in such a way that it cannot be removed without tools. • Connect the mains plug to the mains socket only at the end of the installation.
• Make sure the appliance is cold. There is the risk that the glass panels can break. • Replace immediately the door glass panels when they are damaged. Contact the Authorised Service Centre. • Be careful when you remove the door from the appliance. The door is heavy! • Clean regularly the appliance to prevent the deterioration of the surface material. • Remaining fat or food in the appliance can cause fire. • Clean the appliance with a moist soft cloth. Only use neutral detergents.

Clean the appliance before first use. Put the accessories and the removable shelf supports back to their initial position. Setting the time You must set the time before you operate the oven.
Activating and deactivating the appliance It depends on the model if your appliance has knob symbols, indicators or lamps: • The indicator comes on when the oven heats up. • The lamp comes on when the appliance operates. • The symbol shows whether the knob controls one of the cooking zones, the oven functions or the temperature. 1. Clock function Application Duration To set the cooking time of the oven. End To set the time of day when the oven should deactivate. You can use the functions and End at the Duration same time to set the time for how long the appliance should operate and when the appliance should deactivate. This lets you activate the appliance with a delay in time. First set the Duration and then the End . Setting the clock functions For Duration and End , set an oven function and temperature of cooking.

Notes on cleaning • Clean the front of the appliance with a soft cloth with warm water and a cleaning agent. • To clean metal surfaces, use a usual cleaning agent. • Clean the appliance interior after each use. Fat accumulation or other food remains may result in a fire. The risk is higher for the grill pan.
The oven door can close if you try to remove the internal glass panel before you remove the oven door. CAUTION! Do not use the appliance without the internal glass panel. 1. Open the door fully and hold the two door hinges. 4. Put the door on a soft cloth on a stable surface. 2. Lift and turn the levers on the two hinges. 5. Release the locking system to remove the internal glass panel. 6. Turn the two fasteners by 90° and remove them from their seats. 3.
Replacing the lamp Put a cloth on the bottom of the interior of the appliance. It prevents damage to the lamp glass cover and the cavity. 90° 7. First lift carefully and then remove the glass panel. 1 2 8. Clean the glass panel with water and soap. Dry the glass panel carefully. When the cleaning is completed, install the glass panel and the oven door. Do the above steps in the opposite sequence. The screen-printing zone must face the inner side of the door.

The residual heat inside the oven will continue to cook. – Use the residual heat to warm up other foods. • Cooking with fan - when possible, use the cooking functions with fan to save energy. • Keep food warm - if you want to use the residual heat to keep the meal warm, choose the lowest possible temperature setting.

Allgemeine Sicherheit • • • • • • • • • Nur eine qualifizierte Fachkraft darf den Elektroanschluss des Geräts vornehmen und das Kabel austauschen. Der Geräteinnenraum wird während des Betriebs heiß. Berühren Sie nicht die Heizelemente im Geräteinnern. Verwenden Sie zum Anfassen des Zubehörs und der Töpfe wärmeisolierende Handschuhe. Trennen Sie das Gerät vor Wartungsarbeiten von der Stromversorgung.
• Ziehen Sie das Gerät nicht am Türgriff. • Das Küchenmöbel und die Einbaunische müssen die passenden Abmessungen aufweisen. • Die Mindestabstände zu anderen Geräten und Küchenmöbeln sind einzuhalten. • Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät unterhalb von bzw. zwischen sicheren Konstruktionen montiert wird. • Einige Teile des Geräts sind stromführend. Das Küchenmöbel muss auf allen Seiten mit dem Gerät abschließen, um einen Kontakt mit stromführenden Teilen zu vermeiden.
• Üben Sie keinen Druck auf die geöffnete Gerätetür aus. • Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht als Arbeits- oder Abstellfläche. • Öffnen Sie die Gerätetür vorsichtig. Einstellen der Uhrzeit Die Uhrzeit muss vor der Inbetriebnahme des Backofens eingestellt werden. Die Anzeige für die Tageszeit-Funktion blinkt, wenn Sie das Gerät an die Stromversorgung anschließen, nach einem Stromausfall und wenn der Timer nicht eingestellt ist. Stellen Sie die Uhrzeit mit den Tasten oder ein. Nach etwa fünf Sekunden hört die Anzeige auf zu blinken und zeigt die eingestellte Uhrzeit an.

REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE WARNUNG! Siehe Kapitel Sicherheitshinweise. Hinweise zur Reinigung • Feuchten Sie ein weiches Tuch mit warmem Wasser und etwas Reinigungsmittel an, und reinigen Sie damit die Vorderseite des Geräts. • Reinigen Sie die Metalloberflächen mit einem handelsüblichen Reinigungsmittel. • Reinigen Sie den Geräteinnenraum nach jedem Gebrauch. Fettansammlungen und Speisereste könnten einen Brand verursachen. Bei der Brat- und Fettpfanne ist das Risiko besonders hoch.
Reinigen der Backofentür Die Backofentür hat zwei Glasscheiben. Die Backofentür und die innere Glasscheibe können zur Reinigung ausgebaut werden. 3. Schließen Sie die Backofentür halb bis zur ersten Raststellung. Anschließend ziehen Sie sie nach vorn aus der Halterung heraus. Die Backofentür kann sich schließen, wenn Sie versuchen, die innere Glasscheibe zu entfernen, bevor Sie die Backofentür abnehmen. ACHTUNG! Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht ohne die innere Glasscheibe. 1.

Legen Sie ein Tuch unten in den Garraum des Geräts.
