DelayedOnButton:Thedelayedonbuttonisintendedtobewiththe

entireclass.Thisbuttonwhenpushedallowssevensecondsforallthe

studentsintheclasstopushtheirPhoneLockerbuttons.Allactivated

PhoneLockerswillopensimultaneouslyattheendofthesevenseconds.

ThisbuttonhasanLEDlightpresentthatwillturnonwhenthebuttonis

pressedandgooffafterthesevenseconds.Thisbuttondoes not

need

tobeheldin.Itonlyneedstobemomentarilypressedinfullyandthen

released.

InstantOnButton:Theinstantonbuttonisintendedtobeusedwith

onestudentorasmallgroup(butwillworkforanynumberofunits).An

examplewouldbeastudent

leavingduringclass.Thisbuttonworks

oppositeofthedelayedonbuttoninthatthestudentmustfirstpush

theirPhoneLockerbutton.Afterthephonelockerisactivatedtheinstantonbuttonispushedto

instantlyopenthatPhoneLocker.Thisbuttondoesnotneedtobeheldin.It

onlyneedstobe

momentarilypressedinfullyandthenreleased.



DipSwitchesTeacherUnit:ThisdeviceonlyworkswithasetofPhoneLockers

thatarepairedwiththeTeacherUnit.Thereare1024uniquecodesthatcanbe

usedtosecureyourTeacherUnittoaspecificgroup

ofPhoneLockers.Topaira

TeacherUnittoagroupofPhoneLockers,apairedcodemustfirstbe

determinedbytheuser(codes0000000000and1111111111arenotvalid).For

thisexample,we’lluse1000000000.Thefirstnumbercorrespondstothe

dipswitchlabeled1.Switchingswitch1to

therighttowardstheONlabelwill

activateit“on”whichequals1.Theremainingswitchposition2‐10forour

exampleareintheleftpositionwhichisoffor0.Thisgivesourexample

TeacherUnitacodeof1000000000.



DipSwitchesStudentUnit:ThisshowsaPhone

LockerDipSwitchand

isnotpartoftheTeacherUnit.ToPairaPhoneLockerwiththe

exampleTeacherunitabove,wewouldusethesamecodeof

1000000000.Switchingswitch1downtowardstheONlabelwill

activateit“on”whichequals1.Theremainingswitchposition2‐10

Delayed On Button: The delayed on button is intended to be with the entire class.

Range: The teacher unit has a range of approximately 75 yards line of sight. Any Phone lockers in nearby rooms using the same paring code may be effected. It is important to set unique dipswitch codes for each individual classroom that does not want interference from other classrooms. Battery: This battery is not rechargeable. Use only a new cr123a non rechargeable lithium battery for replacement. Recycle battery according to local rules and regulations. Battery life will depend on frequency of use.
