. Log in IE , Setting - PTZ Function，see if the address, protocol, and baud rate have been changed. The default value is as shown. 2. If it is the default value, PTZ can not be used, change the address to 254 and try again.
3. If the above two steps do not work, change the baud rate to 2400 and test it.
