Prevent the damage to the thermal print head by touching it with your fingers or any hard object. Turn off the printer, open the printer cover, and clean the thermal elements of the print head with a cotton swab moistened with an alcohol solvent (ethanol, methanol, or isopropyl alcohol).

AP mode AP means Access Point. When the printer is working under AP mode, it works as an access point to the network. How to setup before printing: （1）The PC should be installed with WiFi adapter. （2）Search for ”WiFiPrinter” and connect it. （3）Add the new port in the driver.
