DEUTSCH VORBEREITUNG Lieferumfang • 1 x CD Radio • 1 x Netzkabel • 2 x Bedienungsanleitungen Auspacken und Kontrolle • Entnehmen Sie das Gerät und Zubehör vorsichtig aus der Verpackung. Bewahren Sie die Verpackung auf, falls Sie das Gerät später darin verstauen oder transportieren möchten. Wenn Sie die Verpackung entsorgen möchten, beachten Sie die geltenden gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. • Überprüfen Sie den Verpackungsinhalt auf Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen.
DEUTSCH GRUNDFUNKTIONEN Netzbetrieb • Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schalter FUNCTION (23) auf Position TAPE steht. • Verbinden Sie das Netzkabel mit dem Anschluss AC IN~ (28) auf der Rückseite des Gerätes. Im Auslieferungszustand kann sich das Netzkabel im Batteriefach (27) befinden. • Achten Sie darauf, dass die Netzspannung mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes übereinstimmt. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine geeignete Steckdose.
DEUTSCH ANSCHLÜSSE Externes Gerät anschließen • Über den AUX IN-Anschluss (3) lässt sich ein externes Abspielgerät (z.B. MP3-Player) mit diesem Gerät verbinden und Musik über die Lautsprecher wiedergeben. • Achtung: Bevor Sie Ihr externes Abspielgerät anschließen, beachten Sie ebenfalls dessen Bedienungsanleitung bezüglich Sicherheitshinweise und Gebrauch mit anderen Geräten. • Schalten Sie dieses Gerät und das externe Abspielgerät aus.
DEUTSCH RADIOBETRIEB, CD-SPIELER Antennen • Für den UKW-Bereich ist das Gerät mit einer Teleskopantenne (26) ausgestattet. Ziehen Sie die Teleskopantenne ganz aus und schwenken Sie sie in die Richtung, in der Sie den besten Empfang erzielen. • Für den MW-Bereich ist eine Ferritantenne in das Gerät eingebaut. Richten Sie das Gerät so aus, dass Sie den Sender in bestmöglicher Klangqualität empfangen. Radiobetrieb • Stellen Sie den Schalter FUNCTION (23) auf FM, um UKW Radio auszuwählen.
DEUTSCH CD-SPIELER Hinweise • Entnehmen Sie die CD nur, nachdem sich das CD-Fach vollständig geöffnet hat. • Legen Sie nie mehr als eine CD gleichzeitig in das Fach. • Legen Sie nur CDs in das CD-Fach, keine anderen Objekte. • Berühren Sie niemals die klare Linse des Lasers • Wenn Sie am Gerät anstoßen, kann dies zum Überspringen von Spuren führen. • Sehr hohe Lautstärke kann durch die Vibrationen auch zum Überspringen von Spuren führen. • Halten Sie das CD-Fach geschlossen, außer zum CD-Wechsel.
DEUTSCH CD-SPIELER Titelwiedergabe programmieren • Sie können den CD-Spieler programmieren, eine beliebige Abfolge von bis zu 32 Titeln zu spielen. Die Wiedergabeliste kann nur im Stopp-Modus programmiert werden. Drücken Sie die Taste (8), bevor Sie mit der Programmierung beginnen. • Betätigen Sie die Taste PLAY MODE (4) einmal, um in den Programmier-Modus zu wechseln. Im Display wird die Nummer des Speicherplatzes P01 und PROG blinkend angezeigt.
DEUTSCH CD-SPIELER • Sie können ein Verzeichnis auch während der Wiedergabe von CD Titeln auswählen. Halten Sie die Taste FOLDER (5) für ca. 2 Sekunden gedrückt, bis die Gesamtzahl der Verzeichnisse im Display blinkt. Drücken Sie dann mehrmals kurz auf die Taste FOLDER, um ein Verzeichnis auszuwählen. Die Wiedergabe des aktuellen Titels wird unterbrochen. Der CD-Spieler springt zum ersten Titel des ausgewählten Verzeichnisses und startet die Wiedergabe.
DEUTSCH KASSETTENREKORDER Einlegen und Entnehmen der Kassette • Stellen Sie den Schalter FUNCTION auf Position TAPE. • Öffnen Sie das Kassettenfach (21), indem Sie auf die Taste / (19) drücken. • Straffen Sie zunächst das Band etwas und legen Sie die Kassette mit dem Band nach oben ein. Die leere Spule sollte sich links befinden. Schließen Sie das Kassettenfach bis der Deckel hörbar einrastet. • Abspielen/Pause: Starten Sie das Abspielen, indem Sie auf die Taste (15) drücken.
DEUTSCH REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE Reinigung des Kassettenlaufwerks • Zur Sicherung der Aufnahme- und Wiedergabequalität, reinigen Sie die Teile A, B und C im Kassettenlaufwerk durchschnittlich einmal im Monat. • Drücken Sie auf die Taste / (19), um das Kassettenfach zu öffnen. • Drücken Sie die Taste (15) und reinigen Sie die Gummi-Andruckrolle C. • Drücken Sie die Taste (20) und reinigen Sie die Magnetköpfe A und die Tonwelle B.
DEUTSCH PROBLEMLÖSUNG Wenn ein Fehler auftritt, überprüfen Sie zuerst unten stehende Tabelle, bevor Sie sich an Ihren Händler wenden oder das Gerät einschicken. Die Adresse und Hotlinenummer finden Sie auf der Garantiekarte. Öffnen Sie das Gerät nicht und versuchen Sie nicht, es selbst zu reparieren. DEUTSCH PROBLEMLÖSUNG CD-Spieler CD-Spieler arbeitet nicht. Die CD überspringt Spuren. Das Gerät befindet sich nicht im CD-Wiedergabemodus. CD ist nicht richtig eingelegt oder keine CD ist eingelegt. Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem Schalter FUNCTION (23) in den CD-Wiedergabemodus. Legen Sie eine CD ein. ENGLISH PREPARATION Delivery contents • 1 x CD Radio • 1 x power cord with power plug • 2 x user manual Unpacking and checking • Carefully take the device and its accessories out of the packaging. Retain the packaging in case you would like to store the device away or transport it at a later date. If you choose to dispose of the packaging, then please do so according to the applicable legal regulations. • Check the packaging contents for completeness and damages.
ENGLISH BASIC FUNCTIONS Mains operation • Make sure that the FUNCTION switch (23) is on TAPE position. • Connect the power cord to the AC IN~ connection (28) at the back of the device. When delivered, the power cord may be found in the battery compartment (27). • Make sure that the voltage corresponds to the specifications on the nameplate of the device. Insert the plug in the appropriate power outlet. • Pull the plug from the power outlet in order to separate the device completely from the mains.
ENGLISH CONNECTIONS Connecting an external device • An external playback device (e.g. MP3 player) can be connected to this device using the AUX IN jack (3) and music can be played back via the speakers. • Attention: Before connecting your external playback device, please also read the operating instructions for information regarding safety instructions and usage with other devices. • Turn off this device and the external playback device. • Connect the external playback device using a stereo cable (Ø3.
ENGLISH RADIO OPERATION, CD PLAYER Antennae • This device is equipped with a telescopic antenna (26) for FM range. Pull the telescopic antenna out completely and turn it in the direction in which you achieve the best reception. • A ferrite antenna has been built in for AM range. Align the device so that you receive the station in the best possible sound quality. Radio operation • Put the FUNCTION switch (23) to FM in order to listen to FM radio.
ENGLISH CD PLAYER Please note: • Only remove the CD once the CD tray has been completely opened. • Never put more than one CD in the CD tray at a time. • Do not put any objects other than CDs in the CD tray. • Never touch the clear laser lens inside the CD tray. • Bumping into the device could cause the tracks to skip. • Very high volumes can cause vibrations which could also cause the tracks to skip. • Keep the CD tray closed except when you are changing the CD.
ENGLISH CD PLAYER Programming track playback • You can program the CD player to play a sequence of up to 32 tracks. The playback list can only be programmed in stop mode. Press the button (8), before beginning programming. • Press the PLAY MODE button (4) once to switch to programming mode. The number of the storage space P01 and PROG are shown blinking on the display. • Select a CD track with the buttons / (6) and / (7). Store your selection with the PLAY MODE button.
ENGLISH CD PLAYER • You can also select a directory while playing back CD tracks. Hold the FOLDER button (5) pressed for approx. 2 seconds until the entire number of the directories blinks on the display. Then press several times on the FOLDER button in order to select a directory. The playback of the current track is then interrupted. The CD player skips to the first track of the selected directory and starts the playback. • If you press the FOLDER button (5) briefly, 10 tracks are skipped over.
ENGLISH CASSETTE RECORDER Inserting and removing cassette • Set the FUNCTION switch to the TAPE position. • Open the cassette compartment (21) by pressing the / button (19). • Tighten the band somewhat and insert the cassette with the band upwards. The empty spool should be located at the left. Close the cassette compartment until the cover audibly locks in. • Play/Pause: Start play by pressing the button (15). Press the button (20), to interrupt play. • Stop: End play by pressing the / button.
ENGLISH CLEANING AND CARE Cleaning the cassette drive • To ensure the recording and playback quality, clean parts A, B and C in the cassette drive an average of once per month. • Press on the / (19) button to open the cassette compartment. • Press the button (15) and clean the rubber pinch control C. • Press the button (20) and clean the magnet heads A and the shaft B. Use a clean cloth or cotton swab which is moistened with pure alcohol (Isopropyl alcohol).
ENGLISH TROUBLESHOOTING If an error occurs, check the table below first, before you contact your dealer or send in the device. The address and hotline number can be found on the warranty card. Do not open the device and do not try to repair it yourself. You will lose the warranty claim and it is dangerous! Refer to the warranty conditions on the following pages. ENGLISH TROUBLESHOOTING CD player The CD player doesn’t work. The device is not in CD playback mode. The CD is not inserted properly or there is no CD. Select the CD playback mode with the FUNCTION switch (23). Insert a CD. Make sure that the CD label is facing upwards and that the CD is lying on the holder properly. Insert a CD with a compatible audio format. The CD is not compatible with this device. The audio format cannot be played with this device. The CD is dirty or scratched.
