iTECH SPORT
FIND OUR APP
IN YOUR STORE
We recommend plugging the USB charger into
your computer to charge your fitness tracker.
You can also plug your iTech Sport directly into
the USB outlet of your computer to charge
your device.
Remove fitness tracker unit from the band to access usb end.
Plug charger into module
and other end into computer,
or directly plug module into
your computer.
CHARGING YOUR WATCH
Power on: Tap and hold the one touch button for 3
seconds to turn on your device.
Power off: Navigate to the Power Off screen by
tapping on the one touch button. Once there, simply
tap and hold the one touch button on the “Power
Off” screen to fully turn off your device.
HOW TO TURN ON/OFF
To navigate through the features of your device, tap
on the one touch button. Simply tap and hold the
one touch button to activate a feature.
ENJOYING YOUR ITECH SPORT
Download iTech Sport App
Please make sure your Bluetooth is
Turned On
Open app to create a profile
Please make sure Location Services
are TURNED ON
Tap the “Add a Device” button on
the top of the Home page
Once connected, a Link icon
will appear on your watch.
To manually sync your fitness data
with the app, drag down on the
Home page to update.

Download iTech Sport App
Please make sure your Bluetooth is
Turned On
Open app to create a profile
When prompted to allow iTech Sport
access to your location, please tap
‘Allow while using App’
Tap “Turn On All Categories”, then tap
“Allow” (top right corner) for your data
to sync with Apple Health
Tap the “Add a Device” button on the
top of the Home page
Once connected, a Link icon
will appear on your watch.
To manually sync your fitness data with
the app, drag down on the Home page
to update.
