Installing the Battery
1. Press the upper part of belt clip gently to lift it up.
2. Align the battery with the rails on the back of the radio, slide upward until the
lock position.
3. As shown in the figure belowPush the battery latch as shown in figure ,
and then push it forward as shown in figure until the battery is locked.
Basic Operation

Charging the Battery (Desktop charger )
1. Press the upper part of the belt clip gently to lift it up.
2. As shown in the figure belowPush the battery latch as shown in figure ,
and then pull it backward as shown in figure and remove the battery.
1. Plug the power adapter into a qualified AC power socket.
2. Connect one end of the DC cable to the power adapter,and the other end to
the DC port at the back of the desktop charger. Green indicator light is on.
3. Insert the battery only or together with the radio into the desktop charger.
(Power off the radio)
4. Make sure the battery contacts the charging points properly and red indicator
light is on.
5. When the indicator light turns from red to green, the battery is full charged.
Friendly Reminder: Please use the standard Nano-SIM card. The sim card slots
are under the battery pack compartment.
1. Remove the battery and open the SIM card cover, then two sim card slots
appear, any one or two of which can be used.
2. Push down the cover on the SIM card slots in the direction of the OPEN arrow
and open.
3. Install the SIM card in the direction of the card slot guide angle and make sure
that the SIM card is installed correctly.
4. Close the SIM card cover and push up in the direction of the LOCK arrow to
the locking position.

body-worn operations with the back of the device kept 10mm from the body
without belt-clips, 0mm from the body with the belt-clips, 25mm from the face. To
maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that
maintain a appropriate separation distance between the user's body and the back
of the device. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not
contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not
satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements,
and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or an approved antenna.
CE Warning
1. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used
batteries according to the instructions.
2. The product shall only be connected to a USB interface of version USB2.0 or
higher.
3. Adapter shall be installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
4. The operating temperature of the device can’t exceed 40 and shouldn’t be
lower than -25.

Caution
1. Powering On/Off
1.1. When the radio is off, rotate the Power/Volume knob clockwise until a click
is heard to power on the radio.
1.2. When the radio is on, rotate the Power/Volume knob counterclockwise
until a click is heard to turn off the radio.
2. Adjusting the Volume
When the radio is on, rotate the Power/Volume knob clockwise to increase the
volume or counterclockwise to decrease it.
3. Switching Groups
After the radio registers successfully and enters standby state, rotate the
Channel knob to select a group.
4. Initiating Group Call
After switching to a group successfully (note: groups are set under the
management platform), press the PTT key to call the default contacts of the
current group.
