LISTENING TO THE RADIO Manual Tuning 1. In Tuner mode,Press “ /BAND” button to select the desired BAND (AM or FM). 2. Tune to the desired station by pressing the or button. 3. iPod OPERATION Using the iPod Dock you can play music from the iPod through the unit’s speakers and operate with the remote control. The unit comes with eight removable dock adapters to ensure the proper fit for your iPod and to help reduce stress on the connector when operating the iPod. PLAYING COMPACT DISCS Getting Started 1. Press CD button to select “CD” mode. 2. Press the “ “ at the right hand corner of the CD door to open. 3. Place the music disc with the printed side facing up into the tray, and close the door. 4. After a few seconds the display will show the total number of tracks & playing time. Play/Pause Mode 1. Press the “PLAY/PAUSE” button to start playback. The first track will be played and the “ ” indicator will appear on the LCD display. 2.
CLOCK SETTINGS Setting the Clock - can only be set during standby mode 1. Press PROG/CLOCK ADJ button ,either "12H" or "24H" will display. 2. Choose 12/24 HRS by pressing button, then press PROG/CLOCK ADJ button. 3. PLAYING COMPACT DISCS Remark: - The LCD display supports English language only. - MP3 support : • Bit rate : 32Rbps - 320 Rbps, Sampling rate 32kHz, 44.1kHz and 48kHz decode format. • The performance/playing MP3 disc varies from the quality of recording disc and the method of recording. The searching lead time for MP3 - CD is longer than normal CD due to different format.
CARE & MAINTENANCE Care of the Compact Disc • To remove a disc from its storage case, press down on the center of the case and lift the disc out, holding it carefully by the edges. • Fingerprints and dust should be carefully wiped off the disc’s recorded surface with a soft cloth. Unlike conventional records, compact discs have no grooves to collect dust and microscopic debris, so gently wiping with a soft cloth should remove most particles.
