Warranty
iSimple products carry a one (1) year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials, not
including normal wear and tear or abuse of the product. To redeem your warranty you must
provide iSimple with an invoice or receipt as a proof of purchase. iSimple will only replace or
repair warranted items, no refunds will be given. iSimple reserves the right to inspect or test all
products prior to a warranty claim. This process typically takes between four (4) and eight (8)
weeks. You must contact either iSimple Customer Service or Technical Support prior to any
return attempt. All iSimple products are warranteed to be free from defects prior to installation.
Any modification or improper use of an iSimple product will void this warranty. The iSimple
warranty does not cover installation or damages caused by installation. Proper installation and
use of iSimple products will not void any automaker warranty. The iSimple warranty also does
not cover any third party products, even if sold through the website.
