Section 1: Charger (4 & 8

Position) Installation

• Adhesive Mount - Use the

povided alcohol wipe to clean the

area where the charger will be

placed. Allow it to dry completely.

CONTENTS: One pad saturated in 75%

Isopropyl Alcohol

DIRECTIONS: Apply topically as

needed to cleanse surface mounting area.

Determine how the cable will be

routed. There are 3 exits on the bot-

tom of each charger.

Peel the clear lm from the adhesives

on the bottom of the charger (4

adhesives on the 4 position charger

and 6 on the 8 position charger).

Route the cable as determined in

Step 1b, place the charger where

desired and apply pressure for at

least 10 seconds.

The cable can also descend down

through the xture if a hole or slot is

present.

Place the charger onto the screws.

Screw Mount - Drill 2 small pilot

holes based on the distances (either

horizontally or vertically) below that

correspond to your charger.

• 4 Position Charger - 60mm (2

in).

• 8 Position Charger - 130mm (5

in).

Insert the screws (not provided,

choose screws appropriate to the

xture’s material) into the pilot holes.

Allow enough of the screw sticking

out to hang the charger.

3 Plug the power cable into a PS515 power supply. Plug the power supply into a power outlet. 4 The LED on the charger will illuminate, indicating that it is receiving power. 5 Place a Key onto the contacts in one of the charger slots. Allow the Key to charge for 6 hours before use. Below is a breakdown of the IR4 Key’s LED indicators. • Green - Battery and Timeout are good for continued use. There are 2 versions of the OneKEY, here are the differences.

7b The LED on the back of the OneKEY Manager will illuminate, indicating that it is receiving power. 7c Plug the network cable into the ethernet port on the OneKEY Manager. Follow the screen prompts to set up the OKM 8 Note: If not using Access Manager, it is not necessary to connect the OKM to the internet. Select the Language. Confirm by pressing “Yes”. Section 3: Enrolling the OneKEY Manager (OKM) in Access Manager Note: Not all languages may be supported at the time of launch.

13 Once successfully connected, the OKM will update the settings. At this time, the OKM will appear in Access Manager. Log in to that platform to continue the installation. 15b Match that to the corresponding entry in Access Manager. 14 Once logged in to Access Manager, select the KAS/OKM icon on the left hand side of the screen. 15a Locate the MAC address on the back 16 Ensure that the OKM is both Connected and Linked to the site. Return to the OKM to finish setup.

17b Select “Yes” to have the OKM create a site code. 19a Section 5a: IR4 If IR4 is selected, you will be prompted to place an existing key onto the OKM. 17c The OKM will then generate a site code. You can proceed to section 6. 19b Once charged, remove a OneKEY from the charger. 18a Section 5: Transferring an Existing Site Code 18b Select which OneKEY you are using. You will then be asked if you are already using an InVue Onekey at your site.

20a Section 5b: Legacy OneKEYs If Legacy is selected, you will receive this screen. Select “Contact InVue” for configuration assistance. When prompted, select “Proceed”. 22a Section 5bii: IR3 If currently using the IR3 version contact InVue Customer Service to obtain a new IR2 Programming Station (PK4401) and power supply (PS512). Plug the power supply into the NEW Programming Station. Note: If currently using IR3 keys with an IR2 Programming Station, use the existing station.

22e If you receive this screen Proceed to Section 6. If you do not receive this screen, please contact InVue Customer Service for further assistance. 26 The Key will sync with the OKM. 23 Section 6: Checking out a OneKEY 24 Ensure that this screen is displayed on the OKM. 25 Place the Key onto the contacts on the OKM. 28 Enter your PIN. 29 The check out process will initiate. Remove a fully charged OneKEY from the charger.

30 Your Key is now ready for use. 31 Section 7: Checking in a OneKEY 32 Place the Key onto the contacts on the OKM. 33 The Key will sync with the OKM. Ensure that this screen is displayed on the OKM. 34 Once synced, this screen will appear. 35 Return the Key to the charger for the next user. Touchscreen Care Instructions: • If the screen becomes dirty, use a soft clean cloth to gently wipe the surface.
