This product is not currently scheduled to be marketed and sold. Only some customer evaluation

testing is planned. This product was originally developed under a different type and model number and

with a different application intended. That user manual has been submitted. This new product, the IBM

8368 Model 10J Webpad is intended strictly for the commercial retail point-of-sale environment. The

electronic emissions statements in the original manual do not reflect the new definition of this product.

The Marconi Compliance Statement Addendum document reflects the correct manual statements and

has also been submitted. When we bring this product to market, the user manual will be updated with

the correct information and a copy will be sent to the FCC.
