How is this incredible performance possible? FILTER 12:15 14m3/h The IntelliFlo VF is the first pump to use a permanent FLOW RUNNING magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). But the real secret is IntelliFlo’s powerful microprocessor that senses impeller load, and adjusts motor speed by controlling current frequency and voltage. That’s how IntelliFlo is always able to maintain the most efficient flow possible. While IntelliFlo is incredibly advanced, it’s easy to install and program.

Pool Volume – Water Temperature – Priming Priming Menu ® MENU 12:15 Priming The Priming settings determine how long IntelliFlo VF will try to prime before it reports an error. This is a critical setting for proper operation. The lower the time setting, the quicker a priming error is reported if the system is difficult to prime. The Priming range can be set from 1 minute to 15 minutes.

Setting Priming Time Press Select to access Max Priming Time. Press Left arrow and Right arrow to select digit to modify. Change values by pressing Up arrow and Down arrow. When value is set, press Enter to confirm value and save changes. Note: The “System Priming Time” menu should only be used when excessive amounts of air need to be evacuated from the system. IntelliFlo VF can prime in seconds, but additional time may be needed to fill other devices – e.g., filters or solar heating systems.

Setting Priming Time – Filter:Turnovers/Cycles Turnovers Per Day ® Filter 12:15 1 Turnovers Per Day Press Down arrow to scroll to Turnovers. This setting establishes number of times the entire volume of water will turn over per day. One turn per day is recommended for energy conservation and for most common pool requirements. This setting can also be modified to easily increase system flow if required for more effective skimming. You can set up to eight turns per day.

Features Menu Press Down arrow to scroll to Features menu (Features are found in the Time/Cont menu). Features 1 and 2 allow manual operation of assigned water features with a range of 0-600 minutes countdown each. For example, Feature 1 can be assigned to Spa operation, and Feature 2 to the Automatic Cleaner. Features 1 and 2 need to be programmed for Flow and Duration. They are manually activated by pressing the Feature Button, and then Start/Stop.

Features – Flow Duration/Rate/Start–Stop Time Features 3 – 9 Features 3 through 9 enable you to program specific flows for timed operation. These features are fully controlled by IntelliFlo’s internal clock. You will need to program a flow rate and start/stop time for each feature. Note: Feature 3 through 9 program times cannot overlap. When a feature is running, IntelliFlo will monitor m3/h and subtract time from the filter cycle. All sensors are active during any Feature 3 – 9 cycle.

Modulated Output (M.O. Flo) 14 M.O. Flo will provide specific flow during regular intervals for a period of time defined by the user. The Modulated Output feature automatically increases pump flow to allow the system heater to check the water temp and switch on if necessary. This feature also allows flow control flexibility if filter cycle flow is less than needed for certain devices. M.O. Flo also allows you to program flow intervals that can be used for water effects.You will need to enable M.O.

Features – Modulated Output and Backwash Backwash Menu The Backwash mode is initiated by pressing the Backwash button. (The Backwash button doubles for rinse during operation.) A Rinse cycle is automatically executed after the Backwash cycle. IntelliFlo will display a “Filter Warning” or “Service System Soon” message when the filter needs to be cleaned. Before operating, you need to set the Backwash Flow and Duration, and Rinse Duration.

Poolvolumen – Wassertemperatur – Ansaugen Ansaug-Menü ® MENÜ 12:15 Ansaugen Mit den Ansaugeinstellungen wird festgelegt, wie lange die IntelliFlo VF versucht anzusaugen, bevor sie einen Fehler meldet. Diese Einstellung ist für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb wichtig. Je geringer die Zeiteinstellung ist, umso schneller wird ein Ansaugfehler gemeldet, wenn das System schwer zu entlüften ist. Der Ansaugbereich lässt sich von 1 bis 15 Minuten einstellen.

Mit dieser Einstellung wird festgelegt, wie oft das gesamte Wasservolumen pro Tag umgewälzt wird. Aus Energiespargründen und aufgrund der Anforderungen der üblichsten Pooltypen wird ein Durchfluss pro Tag empfohlen.

Merkmale 1 und 2 ermöglichen den manuellen Betrieb von zugewiesenen Wassermerkmale in einem Countdown-Bereich von 0 - 600 Minuten. Zum Beispiel kann Merkmal 1 dem Spa-Betrieb und Merkmal 2 dem automatischen Reiniger zugewiesen werden. Bei den Merkmalen 1 und 2 ist eine Programmierung von Fluss und Dauer erforderlich.

Merkmale – Flussdauer/Flussgeschwindigkeit/Start-Stopp-Zeit Merkmale 3 - 9 Mit den Merkmalen 3 bis 9 können Sie spezielle Flüsse für einen zeitabhängigen Betrieb programmieren. Diese Merkmale werden vollständig von der internen Uhr der Intelliflo kontrolliert. Sie müssen eine Flussgeschwindigkeit und Start/Stopp-Zeit für jedes Merkmal programmieren. Hinweis: Die Programmzeiten von Merkmalen 3 bis 9 können sich nicht überschneiden.

14 Modulated OutputFunktion (M.O. Flo) M.O. Flo sorgt während regelmäßiger Intervalle über einen vom Nutzer festgelegten Zeitraum für einen bestimmten Fluss. Das Merkmal "Modulated Output (M.O.)" erhöht automatisch den Pumpenfluss, sodass die Heizvorrichtung des Systems die Wassertemperatur kontrollieren und sich gegebenenfalls zuschalten kann. Dieses Merkmal sorgt auch für Flexibilität in der Flussregelung, wenn die Flussgeschwindigkeit des Filterzyklus geringer als der Bedarf bestimmter Geräte ist. M.O.

Merkmale – Modulated Output und Rückspülen Rückspül-Menü Der Rückspül-Modus wird durch Drücken der Backwash-Taste gestartet. (Die Backwash-Taste dient auch zum Spülen während des Betriebs.) Nach dem Rückspülzyklus erfolgt automatisch ein Spülzyklus. Die IntelliFlo erzeugt eine Mitteilung “Filterwarnung” oder “Service in kürze”, wenn der Filter gereinigt werden muss. Vor dem Betrieb müssen Sie die Flussgeschwindigkeit beim Rückspülen und die Rückspüldauer sowie die Spüldauer einstellen.

Volume van het zwembad - Watertemperatuur - Aanzuigen Menu "Aan. pomp" ® MENU 12:15 Aan.pomp De instellingen voor het aanzuigen bepalen hoe lang IntelliFlo VF zal proberen water aan te zuigen. Deze instelling is zeer belangrijk voor een correcte werking. Hoe korter de ingestelde tijd is, des te sneller zal een aanzuigfout worden gemeld als het systeem moeilijk te voeden is. De aanzuigtijd kan worden ingesteld op een waarde van 1 minuut tot 15 minuten.

Instelling van de aanzuigtijd Druk op Select om de maximale aanzuigtijd op te vragen. Druk op de pijl naar links en de pijl naar rechts om het te wijzigen cijfer te selecteren. Verander waarden door op de pijl naar boven en de pijl naar beneden te drukken. Wanneer de waarde is ingesteld, druk op Enter om ze te bevestigen en de veranderingen op te slaan. Opmerking: Het menu “Aanzuigtijd systeem” mag alleen worden gebruikt wanneer overtollige lucht moet worden afgevoerd uit het systeem.

Instelling aanzuigtijd - filter: Omkeringen/Cycli Omkeringen per dag ® Filter 12:15 1 Omkeringen/dag Druk op de pijl naar beneden om naar Omkeringen te gaan. Deze instelling bepaalt hoeveel keer het volledige watervolume wordt ververst per dag. Eén omkering per dag is aanbevolen voor een minimaal energieverbruik en voor de meest voorkomende zwembadvereisten. Als een hoger debiet nodig is om doeltreffender af te schuimen, kan deze instelling gemakkelijk worden aangepast.

Herhaal deze procedure voor elke cyclus.

Features 1 en 2 laten een manuele bediening toe van toegewezen water-features, met een aftelbereik van 0-600 minuten elk. Menu Funzioni Premere il tasto freccia Giù per andare al menu Funzioni. (Le funzioni sono contenute nel menu Ora/Cont). Le funzioni 1 e 2 consentono il funzionamento manuale delle funzionalità di gestione acqua assegnate con un range per il conto alla rovescia da 0 a 600 minuti ciascuna. Ad esempio, la Funzione 1 può essere assegnata al funzionamento della Spa e la Funzione 2 a quello del pulitore automatico. Funzioni 1 e 2 devono essere programmate in termini di Flusso e Durata.

Funzioni – Durata del flusso/Portata/Ora Avvio/Arresto Funzioni 3 – 9 Le funzioni 3 a 9 consentono di programmare flussi specifici per funzionamento a tempo. Queste funzioni sono completamente controllate dall'orologio interno di IntelliFlo. Portata del flusso e start/stop time devono essere programmati per ogni funzione. Nota: i tempi di programmazione delle funzioni 3 a 9 non possono coincidere. Durante una funzione, IntelliFlo esegue il monitoraggio di m3/h e sottrae tempo dal ciclo di filtrazione.

Modulated Output (M.O. Flo) M.O. Flo fornisce il flusso specifico a intervalli regolari per un periodo di tempo definito dall'utente. La funzione Modulated Output aumenta automaticamente la portata della pompa per consentire al sistema di riscaldamento dell'impianto di controllare la temperatura dell'acqua e procedere con l'accensione se necessario. Questa funzione consente inoltre di controllare la flessibilità se la portata del ciclo è inferiore al valore richiesto per alcuni dispositivi. M.O.

Funzioni – Modulated Output e Pulizia Filtro Menu Pulizia Filtro La modalità Pulizia Filtro viene attivata premendo il pulsante Backwash. (Il pulsante Backwash è anche dotato della doppia funzione di risciacquo). Il ciclo di Risciacquo viene eseguito automaticamente dopo il ciclo di controlavaggio Backwash. Sul display di IntelliFlo apparirà il messaggio “Filter Warning” o “Richiesta Manutenz.” quando il filtro richiede la pulizia.

Funzioni – Allarmi/Allerte/Blocco dell'aspirazione 18 Il messaggio Service System compare quando la pressione di mandata della pompa ha raggiunto la pressione di pulizia del filtro programmata. Il LED giallo di allerta rimane acceso finché non viene eseguito un ciclo di controlavaggio. Allarme sovratensione Compare in tutte le modalità quando si verificano picchi di tensione. Allarme sottotensione Compare in tutte le modalità quando si verificano cali di tensione al di sotto dei 170 volt.
