RESIDENTIAL LIMITED WARRANTY effective 2019

Products manufactured and/or distributed by Peak Season, Inc. are warranted to be free from defects in materials and

workmanship. The limited warranty is only valid to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and when purchased from

a Peak Season authorized dealer. Replacement of missing or initially defective parts will be sent at no-charge for a period of

14-days from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will not be responsible for missing parts and/or hardware after 14 days of

purchase.

ALUMINUM FRAME WARRANTY: Peak Season outdoor furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of

seven (7) years from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials. “Defects” are defined as both

cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. If your Peak

Season outdoor furniture fails structurally during normal use within seven (7) years of purchase, we will repair or replace the

frame and or construction components at our discretion (with the same or similar product if the original product is

discontinued) at no charge.

WOOD FRAME WARRANTY: Peak Season outdoor furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of ten (10)

years from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials. “Defects” are defined as both cosmetic and

imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. If your Peak Season outdoor

furniture fails structurally during normal use within ten (10) years of purchase, we will repair or replace the frame at our

discretion (with the same or similar product if the original product is discontinued) at no charge.

This warranty DOES NOT extend to: small cracks, teak oil secretion, lifting of the grain, nicks, splinters, cracking,

knots, imperfection in the wood, unevenness, cupping or bowing over time, the natural patina of the wood, or any of

the described discolorations that occur through normal use as they do not impair the product’s quality and function.

Teak wood is a natural product and subject to variations in color and grain. A gradual color change of the wood

overtime to a silvery-grey shade is to be expected and reflects the natural aging characteristic of Teak wood.

FINISH WARRANTY: The finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, blistering or fading for a period of three (3) years,

provided the product has not been scratched or abraded.

SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, the color of a replacement or new item might not

match that of the original item. Mismatching of item finish is not considered cause for warranty submission but rather

a feature that adds to the uniqueness of the item.

OCEAN OR SALT WATER POOL CLAUSE: If your Peak Season furniture is placed within one (1) mile from the

ocean or placed around a salt water pool, the finish is warranted against peeling, cracking, blistering or fading for a

period of one (1) year, provided the product has not been scratched or abraded.

WICKER FIBER WARRANTY: All wicker fibers are warranted by the wicker manufacturer against fading, cracking and

splitting for a period of three (3) years.

This warranty DOES NOT extend to: mildew, mold, staining and/or breakage due to exposure to chemicals or spills.

The customer must work with the authorized dealer from which the product was purchased to facilitate

communication with Peak Season for this claim.

PILLOW SLIP WARRANTY: Cushion slips are warranted for a one (1) year period against defects in workmanship and

materials. “Defects” are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural

integrity of the product.

This warranty DOES NOT extend to: pillow fill.

CUSHION SLIP WARRANTY: Cushion slips are warranted for a one (1) year period against seams separating or tearing.

This warranty DOES NOT extend to: cushion cores and liners.

SUNBRELLA

FABRIC WARRANTY: Sunbrella provides a five (5) year limited warranty on fabrics used for slip

construction. The Sunbrella fabrics used on our outdoor furniture are warranted to the original purchaser, protecting against

Sunbrella fabrics becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty DOES NOT extend to: normal care and cleaning; damage from misuse or abuse; improper installation; or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Sunbrella’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Sunbrella reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim.

This warranty DOES NOT extend to: Damage due to surging or to fringe, color variations or changes in natural fibers, roll marks, shedding, matting, crushing, highlighting, shading, watermarking, pooling, ridging, pulls, sprouting, loss of single tufts of fiber. COPPER ELEMENTS WARRANTY: Hand hammered copper units and burners are warranted for a period of three (3) years to be free of defects in the material and workmanship.
