Installation DOES require some mechanical skills. A qualified

mechanic is always recommended.

*Do not attempt to install the intake system while the engine is hot.

The installation may require removal of radiator fluid line that may

be hot.

Injen Technology offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original

purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty

claims must be handled through the dealer from which the item was

purchased.

Figure 6 Figure 7 Lift up and turn the engine tray out of the way. This will Loosen the 10mm bolt holding the strut bar on allow for removal of the factory strut bar. Now repeat coolant reservoir. and do on other side of vehicle. Figure 5 Loosen the engine tray and pull back weather trim seal.

Loosen the bolt holding in the Lower part of the charge pipe to the turbo using 8mm wrench.Save bolts for re-install. Repeat on the other charge pipe. grommet Figure 18 Figure 19 Figure 20 Lift up and pull charge pipe out of the grommet. Lift up and remove from vehicle. Repeat on the other charge pipe.

Figure 27 Tighten all clamps on top of the intercooler pipes Figure 28 Verify all the fittings and components are tighten. Reinstall the intake tube. Re-install the strut bar. Figure 29 Congratulations! You have just completed the installation of this intake system. Periodically, check the alignment of the intake, normal wear and tear can cause nuts and bolts to come loose.
