Before the tractor can be used certain parts must be assembled, which for transportation reasons are enclosed in the packing. 2 INSTALL SEAT Remove the hardware securing seat to the cardboard packing and set the hardware aside for assembly of seat to tractor. Remove the cardboard packing and discard. NOTE: Check that the flex connector is correctly connected to the safety switch (1) on the seat holder. Place seat on seat pan so pads are positioned over large slotted hole in pan (2). Push down on seat to engage pads in slots and pull seat towards rear of tractor. Tighten the bolt securely (3).

NOTE: Charge battery for minimum of one hour at 6-10 amps. WARNING: Before installing battery remove metal bracelets, wrist watch bands, rings, etc. from your person. Touching these items to battery could result in burns.

2 TO ASSEMBLE BAGGER • • • • • • Unfold bag and stand right side up. Feed front bagger frame (1) up through fabric loops at each side of bagger. Snap bottom of front bagger frame (1) into snap feature at front of bagger bottom. Slide bagger fabric loop (2) segments at the ends of bag onto top bagger frame tubing. Uninstall two (¼”-20 x 1.15”) hex bolts (3) from the front of top frame. Reinstall the two (¼”-20 x 1.
2 TO INSTALL BAGGER SPRING LATCH MONTAGE DER GRASFANGBOX The bagger spring latches are located on the back plate (1), one in each of the bottom corners. • Before installing, tractor engine must be shut off and parking brake engaged. • Install each bagger spring latch with the loop end (2) down and facing towards the bagger assembly. • Place the mounting bolt (3) through the curved end of the bagger spring latch, through the back plate, and secure with nut (4) as shown. Tighten firmly.

Commande des gaz et starter La commande des gaz permet de faire varier le régime du moteur et donc la vitesse de rotation des lames. En poussant la manette vers le haut jusqu'en butée, le stater s'enclenche automatiquement. Lorsque la manette se trouve en position la plus basse, le moteur tourne au ralenti.
3 4. Commande de la boîte de vitesses La boîte de vitesses possèdent des vitesses avant, une position neutre (point mort) et une marche arrière. Le passage des vitesses peut s'effectuer du point mort jusqu'à la vitesse maximale sans s'arrêter sur les rapports intermédiaires.
3 5. Commande d'embrayage et de débrayage du carter de coupe Pousser le levier vers l'avant et le verrouiller pour embrayer le carter de coupe. Les courroies d'entraînement seront alors en tension et les lames commenceront à tourner. Ramener le levier vers l'arrière pour débrayer le carter de coupe, les lames seront alors freinées par le frottement des patins de frein sur les poulies d'entraînement.

Reposición de combustible Filling up The engine should be run of pure (not oil mixed) unleaded petrol. Do not fill beyond the lower edge of the filling hole. Do not fill over max level. 4 Oil level Nivel de aceite The combined oil refilling cap and the oil stick is accessible when the bonnet is lifted forwards. The oil level in the engine should be checked before each run. Make sure that the tractor is horizontal. Unscrew the oil stick and wipe clean. Replace the oil stick and screw tight. Remove again and check the level. 5 Press down the clutch/brake pedal completely and hold down. Set the gear lever in neutral ”N”. Kupplungs und Bremspedal ganz durchtreten und in dieser Stellung halten. 5 Tourner la clef de contact en position de démarrage “START”. REMARQUE Ne pas faire tourner le démarreur pendant plus de 5 secondes à la fois. Si le moteur ne démarre pas, attendre une dizaine de secondes avant de refaire un essai de démarrage. Ponga la llave de encendido en la posición de arranque ”START”. NOTA No haga funcionar el motor de arranque más de unos 5 segundos a la vez. Si el motor no arranca, espere unos 10 segundos antes de hacer otra tentativa. 02927 Girare la chiave su “START”.
5 Driving Lower the cutting unit by moving the lever forwards. Connect the cutting unit. Choose a driving speed which suits the terrain and required cutting results. 5 Sistema per operazioni in retromarcia (ROS) Cutting tips Il Vostro trattore possiede un Sistema per operazioni in retromarcia (ROS). Qualsiasi tentativo da parte dell’operatore di guidare nella direzione opposta con la frizione abbassata comporterà lo spegnimento del motore se la chiave di accensione non è inserita nel ROS nella posizione "ON". ATTENZIONE! Fare retromarcia con la frizione abbassata durante la guida è sconsigliato.
5 Conseils pour la tonte • • • • • • • Consigli per il taglio dell’erba Retirer de la pelouse, les pierres et autres objets qui pourraient être propulsés par les lames et devenir ainsi des projectiles dangereux. Localiser et marquer les pierres et autres obstacles fixes afin d'éviter une éventuelle collision pendant la tonte. Commencer par couper assez haut, puis réduire progressivement cette hauteur de coupe jusqu'à obtention du résultat souhaité.
5 Umstellung auf Auswurf hinten Setzen Sie die Rasenmäherabdeckung in die höchste Schnittposition. • Nehmen Sie den Fangkorb und den Mulchsteckeinsatz (falls vorhanden) ab. • Setzen Sie die Auswurfschütte durch die Öffnung in der Rückplatte ein und schieben Sie sie über den Adapter der Rasenmäherabdeckung. • Befestigen Sie die Auswurfschütte mit den beiden Flügelmuttern am Flansch der Auswurfschütte.

Installare il deflettore di scarico attraverso l’apertura nella piastra posteriore facendolo scivolare sopra all’adattatore della falciatrice. • Fissare il deflettore agganciando i due galletti alla flangia del deflettore.

6 TRANSAXLE GEAR SHIFT LEVER NEUTRAL ADJUSTMENT 1 The transaxle should be in neutral when the gear shift lever is in neutral (lock gate) position. The adjustment is preset at the factory; however, if adjustment is needed, proceed as follows: • Make sure transaxle is in neutral . NOTE: When the tractor rear wheels move freely, the transaxle is in neutral. • Loosen adjustment bolt in front of the right rear wheel. • Position the gear shift lever in the neutral position. • Tighten adjustment bolt securely.
