The correct speaking voice is a soft tone, as

though speaking not to disturb a sleeping

child. Quieter than a normal speaking voice

but above a whisper. The key to speaking in

the proper voice lies in lowering the volume

of your voice and maintaining the same voice

level.

Care and Maintenance

DO NOT USE ALCOHOL OR OTHER TOXIC

MATERIALS TO CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF

THE MASK!!!

Make sure your mask is disconnected from

your device and turned off. Remove the rub-

ber mouthpiece from the body by pinching

the rubber where it meets the body and lift-

ing up gently. Inside the acoustic chamber is

acoustic foam. Pinch the foam on both sides,

rotate 90° and gently remove. The foam and

mouthpiece can be washed regularly in warm

soapy water. While removed wipe interior

walls of the acoustic chamber to keep clean.

To reseal the mouthpiece on the body press

around the outside edges of the mouthpiece

where it meets the acoustic chamber to en-

sure it is properly seated. Finally, check inside

where the mouthpiece overlaps the body to

conﬁrm the lip is seated all the way around in

inside slot.

CAUTION: Do not wet the microphones. Mois-

ture proof under normal conditions it may not

function properly if saturated with liquid.
