Maybe you are using 5Ghz WiFi router, device don’t support 5Ghz WIFI, user should use
2.4GHz WiFi router to connect.
Maybe you input wrong WIFI password. Please input correct password.
Maybe your router haven't open DHCP. Pls open DHCP in your router.
Maybe device is too far away from the Wi-Fi router. Pls put device close to router or add
Wi-Fi repeater.
Maybe your router’s WiFi have special settings, pls reset your router.

Why I can't receive push notification alarm or miss some push notification alarm?
Maybe you use Android smart phone and you are in China mainland but you register
other country or Hong Kong APP user account then you can't receive push notification.
You should register APP China mainland user account when you are in China mainland
for Android smartphone.
Maybe you use Android smart phone and register China mainland user account but you
have stop APP in the smart phones' background, then you can't receive push
notification. Android smart phone APP China mainland user account should keep APP
running at Android smart phone’s background to receive push notification alarm.
Maybe device is too far away from the Wi-Fi router. Pls put device close to router or add
Wi-Fi repeater.
Maybe in APP-Device- Setting- Common- Push Notification is disable. Pls enable it.
Maybe in APP-Me-Settings-Push Notification is disable. Pls enable it.
Maybe when you install the APP you haven't allowed smart phone to receive push
notification of this APP. Pls check your phone's notification center to enable receiving
push notification of this APP.
Maybe you use Android tablet, device don't support Android tablet which will close Wi-Fi
if screen closed.
Maybe you had turn off your phone's 3G/4G network then you might miss some push
notification alarm when battery is low or WiFi is intermittently disconnected. You should
always turn on 3G/4G network to be receive push notification all the time.
Maybe you haven’t Arm the hub, pls arm the hub.
Maybe you set Stay Arm but the detector is set to ’Stay Arm Not Active’ Zone, pls change
the sensor’s Zone to ’Arm and Stay Arm Active’ Zone to be let detector active when
alarm hub Stay Arm.
Maybe you had set ’Arm Delay’ but you trigger detector in the arm delay period. Pls set
’Arm Delay’ to 0 second if want to alarm whenever you trigger detector.
Maybe you had set ’Alarm Delay’, pls wait until the alarm delay time finish, or set ’Alarm
Delay’ to 0 second if you want to alarm right after detector is triggered.

Why my remote controller can’t work?
Maybe you had paired your remote controller to ’Detector ’ area or ’Doorbell’ area. Pls
remove it from wrong area and pair it to ’Remote’ area.
Maybe it is too far way from the alarm hub, pls make it closer.
Maybe it is low battery, pls change battery.
Why my detector can’t work?
Maybe you had paired your detector to ‘Remote’ area or ’Doorbell’ area. Pls remove it from
wrong area and pair it to ’Detector’ area.
Maybe it is too far way from the alarm hub, pls make it closer.

Why it alarm even I disarm the alarm hub?
Maybe your detector is set to ’24 Hours Active’ Zone, pls change it to ’Arm and Stay Arm
Active’ zone.
If I want detector always on and always alarm no matter the kit is armed or disarmed, what
can I do?
You should pair detector to ’24 Hours Active’ Zone.
Why I can not ask Alexa to Arm/Disarm Device and set Alexa routine?
Alexa Arm/Disarm and routine only support USA, Canada, Australia and India. If your
Alexa APP account is not in these countries it don’t support Alexa Arm/Disarm and routine.

Note: ‘Alarm Hub’ is the device name user add to ‘HUANSO Smart’ APP.

Why does the device can’t be connected?
There are 2 modes to setup, ‘Smartconfig’ setup mode and ‘AP’ setup mode.
User can long press device’s Wi-Fi button for 5 seconds to switch between this 2 modes.
Indicator light rapidly blink twice per second is ‘Smartconfig’ setup mode, user should
click ‘Confirm indicator rapidly blink’ button in APP to setup. Indicator light slowly blink
once per 2 seconds is ‘AP’ setup mode, user should click ‘AP Mode’ in the APP to setup.

Why Alarm Hub’s siren or external siren don’t alarm when detector is triggered?
Maybe in APP-Device-Setting-Sound the ’Built-in Siren Sound’ or ’External Siren
Output’ is disabled, pls enable it.
Maybe you haven’t Arm the alarm hub, pls arm the alarm hub.
Maybe you set Stay Arm but the detector is set to ’Stay Arm Not Active’ Zone, pls change

Why I can't voice control device?
Maybe your smart speaker or smartphone didn't hear what you say, pls try to say again.
Maybe the device name you set is misunderstood as another action the smart speaker or
smartphone should do. Pls change the device name to another name which your smart
speaker or smartphone will not misunderstand.
Maybe the device name you say to the smart speaker or smartphone is different from the
device name you set in the APP. Pls say the correct device name set in the APP to the
smart speaker or smartphone.
Maybe your smart speaker, smartphone or smart device network is disconnected, pls
check your network and try again.

3. Common --- Push Notification：Enable/disable network message push. After
closing, the phone will not receive push notification and record.
4. Common --- Alarm language selection：Change the language of web push and
SMS push. The default is English.
5. Common --- Factory data reset：Retore default settings, except WiFi.

7. Sound --- Warning lights： Turn on/off the indicator of Arm/Disarm and
Alarm status.
8. Sound --- Delay Sound：Turns on/off the sound of delay Arm.
9. Sound --- Hub Arm/Disarm/Stay Sound： Turn on/off the sound of
Arm/Disarm/Stay.
10. Sound --- Built-in siren sound：Turn on/off the sound of built-in siren when
alarm is triggered.
11. Sound --- External siren output： Turn on/off external siren output when
alarm is triggered.
