DEAR CUSTOMER Prior to using the appliance for the first time, be sure to read this manual completely and keep it available for use. PURPOSE AND INTENDED USE The vacuum cleaner is intended for use as a domestic/household multipurpose product, corresponding to the description given in these operating and safety notes. The vacuum cleaner is not to be used for commercial and or professional use. Any use extending beyond this is not considered as proper use. The manufacturer is not liable for any loss.
WARNING: TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY: Use this vacuum cleaner only as described in this manual. Use only Manufacturer’s recommended attachments. Never immerse the appliance, the connection cord or plug in water as doing so presents the risk of electric shock. When working with the appliance, make sure that the connection cord and, where applicable, an extension cord are not lying in water. WARNING Do NOT use this vacuum cleaner to vacuum lead paint debris.
Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run vacuum cleaner over its power cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces. Do not pick up sharp objects such as needles or pieces of glass. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord. Unplug before connecting hose. Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS This vacuum cleaner is a double-insulated appliance. Two systems of insulation are provided instead of grounding. No means of grounding is provided on a double-insulated appliance, nor should a mean for grounding be added to the appliance. Servicing a double-insulated appliance requires extreme care and knowledge of the system, and should be done only be qualified service personnel. Replacement parts for a double-insulated appliance must be identical to the parts they replace.
5. Remove any accessories that may have been packed inside the tank. Figure 2 6. The vacuum cleaner can work with or without a disposable bag. A normal plastic bag can be used. If using a disposal bag, insert the bag into the tank. See Figure 3. Push the bag over the disposal bag holders (B) to make holes in the bag. The holes are necessary to prevent bag from being sucked towards the filter. Figure 3 7. Attach the vacuum head to the tank. Make sure that head is securely clamped to the tank. 8.
VACUUMING DRY MATERIAL ! ATTENTION: A HEPA filter is highly recommended for vacuuming dry materials. 1. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. 2. Start vacuum by pushing the switch (2 on Figure 1). 3. This vacuum cleaner is equipped with a filter which can collect fine dust, including cold ashes from fireplaces. Ashes must be cold. Do not attempt to vacuum hot or warm ash. Max. Temperature of the ashes should not be warmer than 104 degrees Fahrenheit / 40 degrees Celsius. 4. Figures 5 and 6.
! WARNING: Wear protection mask when the tank needs to be emptied. FILTER CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT HEPA Filter 1. Filters need to be cleaned or replaced from time to time. Suction performance can be maintained with the Filter Cleaning System. (See Figure 5 and 6) Eventually filters will need to be washed or become worn and need to be replaced. To clean or replace the filter: a. Turn switch off (0) and unplug power cord from the electrical outlet. b. Remove hose from suction inlet. c.
AFTER USE, STORAGE 1. Store vacuum cleaner in temperatures above 32°F / 0°C. 2. See Figure 10. a. All the accessories can be stored on the machine. b. TROUBLE SHOOTING Repair or service of electrical components such as cord or motor, must only be carried out by an authorized service center.
Static shocks: The filter may be clogged. Use the Filter Cleaning System (see Figures 5 and 6), to maintain suction performance. Replace the filter or make sure the filter is installed properly. The hose connection is loose and need to be tightened. If the environment is too dry, add moisture to air. If possible, use a humidifier. In case the relative humidity of air is low, please note that this situation will not have any effect on use of the vacuum cleaner.

No utilice la aspiradora para aspirar líquidos inflamables o combustibles, como gasolina o partículas de polvo reactivas, ni en las zonas en que estos puedan estar presentes. No utilice la aspiradora para pulverizar líquidos inflamables, como pinturas con base de aceite, barniz, detergentes domésticos, etc. No intente aspirar ceniza mientras ésta se encuentre aún caliente o no se haya enfriado del todo. La temperatura de las cenizas no debe superar los 40 °C.
No utilice la aspiradora bajo la lluvia. Use una mascarilla de protección cuando vacíe el depósito. Desenchufe el aparato antes de conectar la manguera o cualquier accesorio. No deje el aparato enchufado sin supervisión. Desenchúfelo de la toma de corriente cuando no esté en uso y antes de realizar cualquier tarea de mantenimiento. Conecte el aparato a una toma de corriente conectada a tierra con las características adecuadas. Consulte las instrucciones de conexión a tierra.

14. Retire los accesorios embalados en el interior del depósito. 15. La aspiradora puede usarse con una bolsa desechable o con una bolsa de plástico normal. Si utiliza una bolsa desechable, insértela en el depósito. Consulte la figura 3. Empuje la bolsa sobre los soportes de la bolsa desechable (B) para agujerearla. ¡ADVERTENCIA!: Use una mascarilla de protección cuando vacíe el depósito. Filtro HEPA 2. Es recomendable limpiar o sustituir los filtros de vez en cuando. La potencia de aspiración puede mantenerse con el sistema de limpieza de filtros. (Consulte la figura 5 / 6) Con el tiempo, será necesario limpiar los filtros o sustituirlos debido al desgaste. Para limpiar o sustituir el filtro HEPA siga estos pasos: a. Coloque el interruptor en la posición de apagado (0) y desenchufe el cable de alimentación. b.
La aspiradora enciende: no Compruebe que el enchufe esté correctamente insertado en la toma de corriente y que la corriente llegue hasta la toma. Puede que se haya activado el disyuntor. Revise la caja de interruptores. Puede se haya dañado el cable o el enchufe. Llame al Departamento de Servicio al Cliente para informarse sobre el centro de servicio autorizado más cercano. Si la temperatura del motor es demasiado alta, el protector de sobrecarga térmica detendrá el motor.
La garantía quedará anulada: Si una falla es causada por usar filtros no originales. Si el modelo, artículo o cualquier número de identidad se retira de la aspiradora. Si la aspiradora ha sido reparada por un distribuidor no autorizado. Si el aparato se utiliza con fines comerciales. ¡ADVERTENCIA!: Si cualquiera de las partes de la carcasa del motor se separa o se rompe, deje de usar la aspiradora inmediatamente para evitar lesiones personales.
