Duct Sampling

Chamber may be

used

with the HP970

Series Humidistats or the TP970 Series

Thermostats. It provides an easy

means for sampling air within a duct to

provide humidity or temperature control.

The air flow in the duct enters the

extruded pick-up tube through a slot

which runs the length of the tube. The

pick-up tube is designed to force air

into the chamber box and circulate

around the humidistat or thermostat to

provide control sensing. The sampled

air is then discharged through a slot on

the down-stream side of the tube. This

continuing process provides a good

sample of the duct air across the

humidistat, sensor, or thermostat.
