Return policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our goods can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. All items must be returned to our
designated warehouse address for refund or replacement in their original packaging along with
all accessories, manuals and parts, along with your original receipt. If the package is missing or
unavailable, your return will not be processed.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within
90 days to assist with a refund or accurate replacement.Also, please send us pictures or videos of
damaged or defective products. Normally, we will require these items to be returned to the
designated warehouse, but we will assist with returns and shipping costs. However, if you choose
to return the goods without contacting us, we will not reimburse any return fees.
