Important safeguards (continued) WARNING: Unplug immediately if there is something wrong with your projector. Do not operate if smoke, strange noise or odor comes out of your projector. It may cause fire or electric shock. In this case, unplug immediately and contact your dealer. Never remove the cabinet. This projector contains high voltage circuitry. An inadvertent contact may result in an electric shock. Except as specifically explained in User Manual, do not attempt to service this product by yourself.
Warning: • The lens cap is for protecting the lens. If you leave the lens cap on the lens with the projector turned on, it may be deformed because of heat buildup. Remove the lens cap when you turn on the projector. • One of power cords for the U.S., Europe, U.K., Australia, and Korea is provided appropriately. • This projector uses the power plug of three-pin grounding type. Do not remove the grounding pin from the power plug.

Lamp replacement This projector is equipped with a lamp to project images. This lamp is a consumable. It may burn out or its brightness may decrease during use. In such cases, replace the lamp with a new one as soon as possible. Be sure to replace the lamp with a new lamp separately sold that is exclusive to this projector. Contact your dealer for purchase of the lamp. 3. Loosen the two screws (d) of the lamp unit, and then pull out the lamp unit (f) by the handle (e).

Fit the lamp replacement attachment to the edge of the lamp cover attachment part on the projector (h) and fix the three taping portions (g) with the tape included in the lamp replacement attachment. (g) Reset of the lamp operation time Plug in the power cord, and reset the lamp operation time by keep pressing the , , and POWER buttons on the control panel at the same time.
Others Maintenance Warning: Do not use flammable solvents (benzene, thinner, etc.) and flammable aerosols when cleaning the projector body and lens. Flammable substances may ignite causing fire or breakdown while the lamp is illuminating. Caution: Be sure to turn off the lamp and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet before you perform any maintenance on the projector. Cleaning of the projector and the ventilation slots Use a soft cloth to clean the projector and the ventilation grilles.

Remplacement de la lampe Ce projecteur est équipé d’une lampe permettant de projeter des images. Cette lampe est un consommable. Elle peut brûler ou perdre de sa luminosité en cours d’utilisation. Dans ce cas, remplacez-la par une lampe neuve dès que possible. Utilisez uniquement une lampe neuve vendue séparément et spécifiquement destinée au ce projecteur. Pour plus d’informations, consultez votre revendeur. 3.
Remplacement de la lampe (suite) (g) 4. Placez la pièce de fixation de rechange de la lampe au bord de la pièce de fixation du couvercle de la lampe sur le projecteur (h) et fixez les trois portions de la bande (g) avec la bande incluse dans la pièce de fixation de la lampe.

Warnhinweise: • Der Objektivdeckel soll das Objektiv schützen. Wenn Sie den Objektivdeckel bei eingeschaltetem Projektor auf dem Objektiv lassen, kann sich der Deckel verformen. Auswechseln der Lampe Dieser Projektor ist mit einer Lampe ausgerüstet, um Bilder zu projizieren.Diese Lampe ist ein Verbrauchsmaterial. Sie kann ausbrennen,oder ihre Helligkeit kann sich während des Gebrauches verringern. In solchen Fällen sollte die Lampe so früh wie möglich ersetzt werden. Andere Wartung Warnhinweise: Verwenden Sie keine brennbaren Lösungsmittel (Benzin, Verdünner usw.) und keine brennbaren Aerosole beim Reinigen von Projektorgehäuse und objektiv. Entflammbare Stoffe können sich entzünden und dadurch einen Brand oder Funktionsausfall verursachen, wenn die Lampe leuchtet. Il proiettore contiene collegamenti elettrici ad alta tensione. Un contatto involontario può causare scosse elettriche.
Avvertenza: • Il coprilente serve per proteggere l’obiettivo. Se si lascia il coprilente sull’obiettivo quando è acceso il proiettore, può deformarsi. Rimuovere il coprilente all’accensione del proiettore. • In dotazione viene fornito un cavo di alimentazione adatto agli U.S.A., all’Europa, al Regno Unito, all’Australia, o alla Corea, a seconda della destinazione. • Questo proiettore usa una spina a tre pin, con messa a terra. Non togliere la massa dalla spina del cavo d’alimentazione.

Sostituzione della lampada La proiezione dell’immagine avviene per mezzo di una lampada. Questa è una parte deperibile: potrebbe bruciare o diminuire di intensità durante l’uso. In tali casi, è opportuno sostituirla con una nuova appena possibile. Assicurarsi di usare una lampada prevista per la proiezione. Rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore. Lampada di ricambio per XD365U-EST/WD385U-EST: VLT-XD560LP 3. Allentare le due viti (d) dell’unità lampada, quindi estrarre l’unità lampada (f) dal manico (e).
Sostituzione della lampada (continua) (g) 4. Posizionare l’attacco di ricambio della lampada sul bordo della sezione di attacco del coperchio della lampada sul proiettore (h) e fissare le tre sezioni intermedie (g) con il nastro fornito insieme all’attacco di ricambio della lampada. (g) Resettare il contatore del tempo di funzionamento Inserire il cavo di alimentazione e ripristinare il tempo di funzionamento lampada tenendo premuti contemporaneamente i pulsanti W, X e POWER sul pannello di controllo.
Altro Manutenzione Avvertenza: Non utilizzare solventi infiammabili (benzene, diluente, ecc. ) né aerosol infiammabili quando si pulisce il corpo del proiettore e la lente. Le sostanze infiammabili possono accendersi provocando un incendio o un guasto mentre la lampada è accesa. Attenzione: Prima di eseguire ogni tipo di manutenzione sul proiettore, verificare che il proiettore è spento e che la presa di corrente è staccata dalla parete.
