Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION □ Read all instructions before installation. □ This fixture can be installed as an up-light or as a down-light. □ To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard. □ Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase. TOOLS REQUIRED Ladder Safety goggles Electrical tape Flat blade screwdriver Pliers Wire strippers Phillips screwdriver HARDWARE INCLUDED NOTE: Hardware not shown to actual size.

Installation 1 B Assembling the light fixture □ Secure the chain (B) to the light fixture (A). A NOTE: Ensure the quick connector is fully closed when installing the chain. 2 Secure the light fixture AA □ Attach the mounting unit (AA) to the junction box (not included) with the mounting screws (BB) and remove the pre-installed screw collar ring. C BB □ Place the canopy (C) over the pre-installed screw collar loop on the mounting unit (AA).

Installation (continued) 4 Securing the light fixture C □ Secure the canopy (C) to the mounting unit (AA) with the screw collar ring. NOTE: Maintain a tight waterproof seal between the canopy and mounting surface. 5 Installing the light bulbs □ Install two E12 candelabra 60-watt bulbs (not included). A Operation 1 Turning on the light □ Turn the light switch on to activate the fixture. Care and Cleaning □ Clean the lamp with a soft, dry cloth.
