* Upon receiving doors and hardware must be inspected. If you encounter a problem such as defect, missing
parts, or product damages during transit please contact us asap and do not continue with installation.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
Warping and oil-canning is normal due to season, humidity and temperature of the area. There-forth here are
a few things to consider.
* Keep doors away from sunlight, extreme heat or moisture before and after installation.
* Do not lean the door/panel vertically before installation. It must be laid on a flat surface making sure to protect
the panels from warping/splitting you can also add layers of cardboard on a flat surface with a cover on top to
keep away temperature or humidity changes.
* Do not store barn door in damp places (ex. Basement) this will prevent it from warp or molding.
* Barn door requires your maintenance due to the nature of the wood. Gently wipe off� the dust, grease, or any
stain from the daily basic with wood cleaner.
* If you see any finishes that may be chipped off or damaged. Recommendation of touch up would be best to
help maintain the door. Here below are the list of stains we have used according to the color you have ordered.
