Please follow these troubleshooting methods. 1) Please visit Cideko website, www.cideko.com to have the latest firmware and save it to your SD card. 2) Please insert SD card to SD card slot of the box, you can see it on left side of the box. 3) Please press the button, “ K9 ” from left side of the box without releasing.
