Calibration
1.If the gimbal has the following situations, please calibrate it:
① The pitch angle is not leveled with the horizontal surface.
② The roll angle is not parallel to the horizontal surface.
③ Under the lock mode, the panning angle drifting.
2.Calibration Operation Instruction:
Method 1: Off-line Calibration
(1) Power on the gimbal (around 3 seconds), long press the mode button
over 6 seconds till the mode light is solid.
(2) Lay the gimbal on a static flat surface; make sure it has no shaking.
Calibration is finish when the mode light is continuously flashing for 3 times.
(3) Power off the gimbal and restart it, if the calibration is unsuccessful,
you can repeat step (1)(2) to reinitialize.
Method 2: 6-Side Calibration Via App
Please ensure the stabilizer is connected with App via Bluetooth,
then enter “Calibration” and follow the tips to calibrate in the App.
Tighten the tripod to the 1/4'' threaded hole
at the bottom of the stabilizer.
Then unfold the tripod on a flat surface.

Fully charge the stabilizer before using it for the first time.
A. USB Port: Power bank output

B. Micro USB Port: Charging the gimbal.

(2) GoPro Hero 4/3,YI CAM, SJ CAM or other action camera of similar size:
The lens is opposite to the tilt motor.
Put the tilt motor to the LEF T side, place camera closely to the back clip as picture,
horizontally adjust camera to get good physical balance, and tighten the knob to secure its position.
Double tighten by 2 long screws against violent movement.
Please make sure the gimbal is turned off before mount the camera,
and we suggest remove the camera protective case.
(1) GoPro Hero 6/5:7/ The lens next to the tilt motor.

Put the tilt motor to the RIGHT side, place GoPro 6/5 closely to the back clip as picture and tighten the knob
to secure its position. Double tighten by 2 long screws against violent movement.

or Google Play, and install the app on your
mobile phone.

Q:Fail to power on the gimbal.
A:1.Please check if the power button is defective.
2.Please check if your gimbal is fully charged.
(tap the power button once to check the battery status.)
3.Please be noted that the gimbal is not able to power on while it is charging.
Q:Gimbal swing, vibrate, motor works with noise.
A:1.Make sure your action camera is mounted correctly. iSteady Pro is able to mount
the action camera when set the pitch motor both on the left and right side,
which is based on your action camera design and weight.
2.Make sure your action camera is firmly mounted on the gimbal.
3.Make sure the action camera is horizontal well balanced
BEFORE powering on the gimbal.
4. iSteady Pro is compatible with most of action cameras, it would need to adjust its motor
torsion for some lightweight action camera in the APP to avoid vibrate and noise.
Q: Fail to connect APP
A:1.Make sure all the permissions are allowed after access to the APP for the first time.
2.Make sure the bluetooth of your smartphone is available and enabled BEFORE
connecting the gimbal.
Q: Fail to take photo / video on the gimbal control panel.
A: iSteady Pro is NOT support to control action camera to take photo and video at the stage.
Q: Gimbal is not horizontal perfect balanced af ter power on.
A: Please calibrate the gimbal as the instruction on page 3.
