SINGLE DOOR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Before installation begins:

To install a door easily, read the instructions carefully before beginning. So that you can enjoy the use of this door for many years without

any problem, take your time for a correct installation.

Tools Needed

You will need a Philips screwdriver #1, measuring tape, a pencil, a 3/32” drill bit in order to drill the holes, a hand saw in case you need

to cut the upper track (width), or the panels (to adjust the height). The panels must be cut on the bottom part.

Make sure that all illustrated parts in the manual are included with your folding door.

To avoid any scratches, please assemble the door on a clean surface.

Section 1 SECTION 1 1. Measure the door opening If the height of the door opening is the same as the measurement of the door, it won’t be necessary to cut the door height, if the opening is less; the door (A) should be reduced by cutting off the excess in the bottom part of the door panels. Place and attach the door panels together, use adhesive tape if necessary and cut off the excess with a saw or handsaw.

Section 1 150mm G 5. Install the Pressure clips (G) Drill five holes in the fixed side of the doorframe. These holes must be distributed evenly. Fasten the pressure clips, and then align the anchor panel and press against the clips until they snap. J 150mm A 2x H 6. Install the Closing channel (C)Align the closing channel on the side where the door closes. Ensure that the channel is perpendicular. Mark each of the screw holes (according to the image).

Measure the door opening Divide in two parts the measurement of the doorframe width, and then cut the top tracks based on those measurements.
