Warm Tips for Hieha double din car stereo
1. Check size before you buy this aftermarket radio! Sometimes you may need to
buy additional wiring harness or dash kit depending on your vehicle!
2.No need to download offline maps, as this double din radio can access your
phone's navigation apps for real-time traffic information after you enable the
auto-play function of the car stereo.
3.This car stereo is not a GPS unit (Do Not Have Built-in GPS).It gets navigation
function by connecting to the phones to use the auto-play function.
4. For safety reasons, when the car is in reverse mode, other functions on this
aftermarket stereo radio cannot be used, such as auto play function, calls & music in
Bluetooth mode, phone mirror link, etc.
5.Mobile phone mirror link: Android system: support Android 10.0 and below. IOS
system: support IOS13.4 and below, iPhone 11, iPhone XR, iPhone 8 series and
below. Note: The pixels of all mobile phones should be below 1920*1080.
6. This car stereo requires users to use factory/original USB cable that comes with
the phone for Android Auto / CarPlay / Phone Mirroring connection.
Non-manufacturer made USB cable may easily cause connection issues, such as black
screen after minutes of playback, or unstable phone connection.
7. Phone Mirroring, CarPlay & Android Auto cannot be enabled at the same time.
When you enable the Phone Mirroring function in the settings, the system will
automatically disable CarPlay & Android Auto feature, and vice versa.
8.The car stereo has a memory function. If the ACC line(Red wire) and the B+
line(Yellow wire) are reversed during installation, the product will have no memory
function after the power is off.
9.Car stereo CAN'T be used in cars with a voltage exceeding 14 V, such as large
trucks. If you use a device with a voltage exceeding 14V, you must use a step-down
conversion cable, otherwise the car audio may be damaged.
10.Our head unit comes with ISO bare wires, if your factory harness is not ISO
interface and you don't want to cut the factory harness, you have to buy
after-market harness for your car.
11. Although we tested all the units before shipment,but there is still chance that you
got defective one(maybe damaged in transit). If the unit / backup camera/ wires
that you received is defective, you can send message to us and we are sure to solve
