1. Products Functions: The RC421 remote connects via Radio Frequency for Consumer Electronics(RF4CE) or Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to LGI set-top box, which has Nuance voice enabled. This connection is needed to control all essential features that LGI offers, including browsing content, playing videos, and conducting voice searches. RF4CE/BLE are also used for over-the-air firmware upgrades as well as the download of TV control codes.

5. Voice The RCU supports one-way voice transferred from RCU to host. When voice key is pressed down, voice key code is sent to STB to call out voice search engine on host. 6.
