Upholstered Furniture
• Blot spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth
• Vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and dirt
• Spot clean with warm water and mild soap, then blot with a soft, dry cloth
• Limit excessive exposure to direct sunlight, heat and air conditioning
• Invest in arm covers to limit wear and tear in areas more prone to abrasion and dirt
• Use washable slipcovers to protect and increase the longevity of your upholstery
• Rearrange furniture on a regular basis so all pieces receive the same amount of use
• Lift furniture when rearranging rather than dragging pieces
Wood Furniture
• Dust regularly with a dry, lint-free cloth
• Blot spills immediately with a soft, dry cloth
