INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR

PULL OUT TRAY 24”

1. Identify assembly components to be used. (Spacers (2), Screws (8)).

2. In the interior side cabinets, draw a straight line from the front to the back of the cabinet

2” above the bottom of the cabinet.

3. For the right side rail installation, place a mark from front of cabinet 1 ½”, and a second

mark at 13 ⅜” from front of cabinet and using a 3/16” bit, drill the holes on the marks ½”

deep.

4. For the left side rail installation, place 4 marks all from front of cabinet:

a. First mark at 7/8”

b. Second mark at 2 ⅛”

c. Third mark at 12 ¾ ”

d. Fourth mark at 14”

5. Using a 3/16” bit, drill the holes on the marks and drill ½” deep.

6. Place the spacers on the right side and attach them by using 2 screws per spacer, place the

rail on top of them and attach the rail to the spacer.

7. Insert the drawer box into the rails.
