STEP 1 Step 1:Connect the upper and lower parts of the rear column (A1,A2 and A3) together with column inserts(J1), put the column ferrules(T) in the center, and lock them with screws (FF).Place hexagonal caps(EE) over screw(FF). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 2 Step 2:Slide the rear spike cover(M3) into the rear column (A2), then secure the rear column(A2) to the rear column spike tabs(M1) and tighten with screws(FF).Slide the front spike cover(M4) into the front column(A4 and A5), then secure the front column to the front column spike tabs(M2) and tighten with screws(FF).
STEP 3 Step 3:Insert the crossbar inserts(J2) into the left and right crossbars(B1,B2,B3 and B4), and then fasten the front and rear part of the left and right crossbars(B1,B2,B3 and B4) together with screws(FF). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 4 Step 4:Install the side mosquito net tube(T1 and T2) on the crossbar(B1,B2,B3 and B4) with screws(FF), slide the mosquito net ring(HH) into the slots of the mosquito net tube(T1 and T2) from the side, each mosquito net tube(T1 and T2) has 12 mosquito net rings(HH). Fix the triangular supports(J5) to the joint of the two crossbar (B1 and B2,B3 and B4) with screws(AA) and fix the crossbeam ferrules(J6) to the joint of the two crossbar (B1 and B2,B3 and B4) with screws(AA).
STEP 5 Step 5:Insert the intermediate crossbeam insert(J4) into the center beam(C1 and C2), and then fasten the left and right of the center beam(C1 and C2) together with screws(FF). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 6 Step 6:Insert the crossbeam inserts(J2) into the left and right of the rear crossbar(D1 and D2), and then fasten the left and right of the rear crossbar(D1 and D2) together with screws (FF).Fix the center beam stopper(S) to the left and right rear crossbar(D1 and D2) with screws(FF). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 7 D3 1x Step 7:Secure the left and right front crossbar(D3 and D4) together as in the previous step.Install the front mosquito net tube(T3 and T4) on the front crossbar(D3 and D4) with screws(FF), slide the mosquito net ring(HH) into the slots of the mosquito net tube(T3 and T4) from the side, each mosquito net tube(T3 and T4) has 14 mosquito net rings(HH). Fix the crossbeam ferrules(J6) to the joint of the two front crossbar(D3 and D4) with screws(AA).
STEP 8 H1 2x H2 2x Step 8:Fix the front and rear columns(A1 and A5,A3 and A4) together with the left and right side crossbars(B1 and B2,B3 and B4) with screws(KK), and then use screws(GG) to connect the diagonal brace(H1 and H2) with the left and right side crossbars(B1 and B2,B3 and B4) and the front and rear columns(A1 and A5,A3 and A4).Place the round cap(LL) over the screw(KK).
Step 9:Fix the two rear columns(A1,A2 and A3) together with STEP 9 the rear crossbars(D1 and D2) with screws(KK), fix the front H1 1x columns(A4 and A5) together with the front crossbars(D3 and D4) with screws(KK) and then use screws(GG) to connect the diagonal brace(H1 and H2) with the front and rear side crossbars(D1 and D2,D3 and D4) and the front and rear columns(A1 and A5,A3 and A4).Place the round cap(LL) over the screw(KK).
Step 10:Fasten the center beam(C1 and C2) to the triangular STEP 10 supports(J5) with screws(FF).Fasten the corner stopper(J7) to the left and right crossabrs(B1 and B3) and the front crossbar (D3 and D4) with screws(AA). NOTE:Review the pictures to determine the location of the screw holes and the orientation of the parts.
Step 11:Insert the side beam connectors(Y1) into the left and STEP 11 right side beam(F1,F2,F3 and F4), and then fasten the short and long of the left beam(F3 and F4) together with screws (GG),fix the short and long of the right beam(F1 and F2) together with screws(GG). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
Step 12:Attach the left and right side beams(F1,F2,F3 and STEP 12 F4) to the bottom frame with screws(FF), then attach the small connecting piece(Y2) to the center beam(C1 and C2) with screws(GG). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 13 Step 13:Clamp the long and short intermediate beams(E1 and E2) together with the intermediate beam clamping(Y3) and fasten with screws(NN). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 14 Step 14:Attach the intermediate beam(E1 and E2) to the frame with the center beam stoppers(S) and the small connecting piece(Y2) fixed by screws(GG). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 15 Step 15:Pan the 4 sunlight panels Q1 Q2 Q3 Q4 forward along the beam channel until there is no clearance. NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 16 L1 12x Step 16:Tear off the film on the surface of the sun panel(Q), then insert every two sun panels(Q) into a sunlight panel middle stopper(L2), and the other end into the sunlight panel strip(L1). NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 17 Step 17:Nudge the assembled sun panel(Q) up as shown in the diagram. NOTE:The sun panel near the rear column is on the top layer.Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 18 Step 18:Fix the rear stopper(P1 and P2) to the upper part of the rear column(A1 and A3) with screws(GG), and then fix the sidebar stoppers(P3) to the left and right side beams(F1 and F3) with screws(GG) .Finally ,fix the upper and lower center beam stoppers(P4 and P5) to the intermediate beam (E1 and E2) with screws(GG) respectively. NOTE:Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
STEP 19 Step 19:Optional fixing of the retainer plate(V) to the rear column and wall by means of screws(FF).Secure the post to the ground with ground nails(PP) and expansion screws(UU). NOTE:Review the pictures to determine the location of the screw holes and the orientation of the parts.
STEP 20 Step 20:Hang the mosquito net(V2) on the mosquito net ring(HH) on the inside of the mosquito net tube(T1,T2,T3 and T4).Attach the four corners of the sticky tape to the post. NOTE:Mosquito net with 7 hanging loops on the long side and 6 loops on the short side.
Step 21:Hang the surrounding cloth(U2) on the mosquito STEP 21 net ring(HH) on the outside of the mosquito net tube(T1,T2,T3 and T4).Attach the four corners of the sticky tape to the post. NOTE:Mosquito net with 7 hanging loops on the long side and 6 loops on the short side.
