The integrator can use a mapping le, making installation easier on the following robots*:

The Smart Automation Module (SAM-1N) is a communication solution between compatible GYS welding
powersources and most PLCs/robots. SAM converts the language of communication «GIN» (GYS Internal Network)
in machine language for a complete management of automats/robots. Designed to operate without any
modication of its code, even when changing welding process and communication network, the SAM-1N module
has a plug and play operation for simple installation.

HARDWARE COMPATIBILITY
The module provides access to almost all the parameters of the welding generator, allowing total
control of the process by the PLC or the robot.

3 OPERATING MODES
JOB mode: allows the call of pre-recorded programs with possible interactions.
PARAMETER mode: allows to control the powersource with all parameters (up to 170 parameters)
TRACKING mode: allows real-time control of the source (depending on the machine).
