Guardrail System
Materials: galvanized steel.
Compliant with all OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926 Subpart M,
ANSI Z359.1, and ANSI A10.32-2012 regulations.
Trench Box Guardrail System is suitable for the following applications:
MAXIMUM 1 connection per Anchor Mast (#15192).

For all applications: worker weight capacity range (including all clothing, tools, and equipment) is 130-420 lbs.
Personal Fall Arrest: Trench Box Guardrail Systems may be used in Personal Fall Arrest applications to support a
MAXIMUM 1 Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS). Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted
by the system of at least 5,000 lbs. Maximum free fall is 6‘, or up to 12’ if used in combination. Applicable D-ring:
Dorsal. Personal Fall Arrest applications ONLY suitable for connection to Trench Box Anchor Mast (#15192).
NEVER make connections of any kind to Trench Box Guardrail System, except to Anchor Mast (#15192).
Fall Prevention: Trench Box Guardrail Systems may be used in Fall Prevention applications. Fall Prevention
Systems are placed around the leading edges of any and all fall hazards to prevent a worker from going over an
edge, and may be used in substitute of Fall Protection or safety netting systems. Installation requirements for
Trench Box Guardrail System set forth in this manual MUST be adhered to. Personal Fall Arrest, Work Positioning,
Climbing, Rescue, and any other systems must NEVER be connected to Fall Prevention Systems.

Trench Box Anchor Mast
Trench Box Guardrail Receiver.
Both #15192 and #15193 can adjust to fit trench walls up to 10” thick.
Maximum permitted distance between Guardrail Receivers and/or Anchor Mast Assemblies is 10’.
