Before Use Choose unit installation location carefully. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or close to a source of heat. Also avoid locations subject to vibrations and excessive dust, cold or moisture. Keep away from sources that hum, such as transformers or motors. Do not open the cabinet as this might result in damage to the circuitry or electrical shock, if a foreign object should get into the set, contact your dealer. Be sure not to handle discs with dirty fingers.
Cleaning to Compact Disc Compact Disc Handing the Discs: This unit has been designed specifically for sound reproduction from compact discs bearing the mark. No other discs can be used. 1. Always place the compact disc in the disc tray with the label facing upward. (compact discs can be played only on one side). 2. To remove a disc from its storage case, press down on the centre of the case and lift the disc out, holding it carefully by the edge. HANDLE DISC ONLY AS SHOWN 3.

Rotate the VOLUME knob clockwise to turn the radio on and adjust to desired sound level. 4. Rotate the TONE knob clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the tone. TONE 5. L i s t en i n g t o a CD/MP3 1.Rotate the FUNCTION knob to select CD function. FM A M CD 2. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the tray, and place the CD disc on the tray. Press the OPEN/CLOSE button again to close the tray. OPEN/CL OSE CD should be placed on the tray with the label side up. 3. The CD will start playing from the first track. Or press PL AY/PAUSE button to start playback. 4.Press the FF button once to go the start of the next track. 5.
8. P ress STOP button to stop the CD play. Repeat Play: Press the REPEAT button to step through the available repeat mode – repeat 1, repeat all or off. Selecting Repeat 1 will continuously repeat the current track, the repeat indicator will flash. Selecting Repeat All will repeat the entire disc continuously, the repeat indicator stay lit. When select off, the repeat indicator won’t light up. NOTE: If play is stopped, repeat modes are cleared.
