CALL HOLD
During an active call, press HOLD button to put the call on hold, then you can dial out the second call.
On the LCD display, click on to resume the call
On the LCD display, click on or press on the remote control to end the call.
If the current call is a video call, the screen will not display remote video when being put on hold.
CALL TRANFER
A call can be transferred to another party during the call. The GVC3200 supports blind transfer and
attended transfer. To use transfer, users need to log in web UI->Settings->Call Settings and select
“Disable Conference first.
BLIND TRANSFER
1. During an active call, click on TRANSFER button on the call screen to bring up the transfer
interface;
2. Select transfer mode as "Blind" by pressing the blue shortcut key on the remote control. The default
transfer mode is "Blind";
3. Enter the digits to dial out. If wrong digit is entered, press key on the remote control to delete it;
4. Press on the remote control or click on on the screen;
5. The call will be transferred and the GVC3200 will hang up the call.
AUTO-ATTENDED TRANSFER
The GVC3200 supports auto attended transfer which provides users a fast and easy way to complete
attended transfer.
1. During an active call, click on TRANSFER icon on the call screen to bring up the transfer
screen;
2. Press the blue shortcut key on the remote control to select transfer mode as "Attended";
3. Enter the digits to dial out. If wrong digit is entered, press key on the remote control to delete it;
4. Press on the remote control or click on on the screen.
