Before First Use: Ensure a fully charged device upon receipt by

docking it in the charging cradle prior to use. It may take 3 hours

to ensure a full charge. The power icon will light-up in orange

when charging and the power icon will ﬂash when fully charged.

Aer fully charging the device, based on standard sengs and

usage it should last 2 full days before requiring another charge.

Note: the device will automacally turn on when placed in the

charging cradle.

2. Connect to the cellular network to send the SOS noﬁcaon via

email, text message or both, and

3. Begin to call the SOS contact numbers set for the device (ask your

service provider for assistance as needed).

Note: the device may be sensive to distoron or feedback from

other nearby electronics such as mobile phones, car radios and other

electromagnec producing devices.

By default the device can only be called from any authorized phone

number. When the device is called, the device will ring and vibrate.

When a call is received, simply push the SOS buon and begin

speaking using the high powered speaker and microphone.

Note: How your device responds to an inbound call (ring / vibrate

and auto-answer) may be conﬁgured diﬀerently on your device.

Answering Calls

Ending Calls & Disabling the Hang-up Feature

While you’re on a call, you can hang up by pressing the SOS buon.

This will disconnect the call immediately.

Note: Your device may be conﬁgured to disable the hang-up feature.

In this case you will not be able to hang up and have to wait for the

other party to terminate the call. Please contact your provider if you

have any quesons.

In order to iniate an emergency or

SOS noﬁcaon, press and hold the

SOS buon for 3 seconds or unl you

feel the device vibrate

(this is a default seng that can be

customized). At that point the device

will do the following:

retrieve an updated locaon (if the

GPS network is not available, it may

use the last known locaon),
