Hinge panel wall Fixed return wall 33 ⅞" 70 ¼" 7 ¾" 33 ⅞" 44 ½" 30 01 02 Measure and mark the fixed return panel location. Mark the three clip locations. Measure 33 ⅞" out from the hinge panel wall. This takes you to the center line of the return panel location. Use a level and mark a line up the wall and along the floor. This is your center line for the clips. A 70 ¼" from the floor, up the vertical line. B 7 ¾" from the floor, up the vertical line.
03 04 Drill the holes for clips to fix to the wall and floor. Fix anchors and clips. Using a ¼" tile drill bit, drill the two marked holes on the fixed return wall. Using a hammer, carefully insert the green wall and floor anchors. Trim any excess from the plug hanging out of hole so your clips can sit flush to wall and floor. If the shower base is tiled, use the same ¼" tile drill bit to drill the third hole on the shower floor. If the shower base is fiberglass, use a ⅛" drill bit for the floor hole.
47 13⁄16" 33 33 13⁄16" 47 05 06 Set the fixed panel in place. Measure and mark the hinge panel location. Place the ⅛" rubber block on the floor 3" from the wall. Place the 1⁄16" rubber block inside the floor clip. Rubber blocks are not required in the wall clips. Measure 33 13⁄16" out from the fixed panel wall. This takes you to the center line of the hinge panel location. Use a level and mark a line up the wall and along the floor. This is your center line for the wall clips.
70 ¼" 7 ¾" W–3 ½" 07 08 Mark the three clip locations. Drill holes, fix anchors and clips, then set hinge panel. A 70 ¼" from the floor, up the vertical line. Repeating steps 03, 04 and 05: B 7 ¾" from the floor, up the vertical line. Drill holes in new locations. Carefully use a hammer to insert anchors, then screw clips in place. C Measure the width of the hinge panel and subtract 3 ½".
D+¼" 09 10 Ensure both panels are level and correctly spaced. Install the 45° rod. Optional for additional support. Using a level, check the top of both panels are level and equal height from the floor. If a panel(s) isn't level, use additional rubber blocks to correct it. Loosen the allen bolt inside the clip and place on top of the hinge panel. Position the 45º rod so the other end is flush with the wall. Mark position of screws on the wall before removing the rod.
11 12 Apply silicone to seal both panels. Attach the hinges to the hinge panel. Trim the rubber blocks with a utility knife so that they are flush with the glass panels resting on top of them. Slide the solid plate side of the hinge in to the hinge panel cutout, ensuring the screws face into the shower. Lightly tighten screws. Apply silicone around the wall and floor surface of both panels.
A B C D C B E F G Door panel H H Inside of shower Inside of shower 13 Attach the door handle to the door panel. Place the plastic washers (D) in the door handle holes. Then attach the handle as illustrated above. Important: Ensure the handle is firmly secure so it can be used to lift and maneuver the door in the final steps.
14 15 Set the door panel in place. Tighten hinge screws and you're done. Place two of the ⅜" rubber blocks on the floor between the hinge and fixed panels — 2" from each panel. Put the backing plates on hinges and tighten all four screws on both hinges. Standing inside the shower, carefully place the door panel on the blocks and line up the cutouts with the back of the hinges. Check that the top of all three panels are level. Next, check that vertical gap on either side of the door is even.
