Trouble Shooting If the headset cannot work normally, please try the following: (1) Make sure Bluetooth function of the audio device is enabled. Select Thunder BT from the Bluetooth device list of the audio device. (2) Check if the battery LED is flashing in red. If yes, please charge the headset.
