1: Why doesn’t the light stay on?

The is programed to automatically turn o after a short period of time. This is

normal operation and the product is charging.

2: Why is it hot?

Heat is a normal by-product of wireless charging technology. The product will be

warm to the touch after a period of use.

3: Why is it not working?

The product will show a red light if there is any interference with the chargin coils.

Please check to make sure there is no debris between the product and the

charger. Additionally insure the product is securely plugged in.
