5. Attach the strap in the direction as indicated on the device 6. Adjust the strap according to the size of the offender’s foot 7. Sanitization and Re-Use The TL01R monitoring device will be removed by cutting the one-time use strap from the offender leg Collection Place the TL01Rand strap into a clean plastic bag and return them to the vehicle for inspection and cleaning. Inspection The TL01R monitoring device should be inspected for signs of damage, units with damage should be dealt with in accordance with local protocols.

Device Screen Device Id Will be used for the organization to identify the subject Serial ID The identification that is on the device label Enable Indicates whether the device is active IMEI An International Mobile Equipment Identity, is used to uniquely identify the firmware IMSI The international mobile subscriber identity – The phone number of the sim that is used in the device Target The offender that the device is currently paired to (if any) 11 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
Target Screen Target screen handles the creation, monitoring and management the subjects that are being monitored, either offenders that use the security bracelet and the victims that use the dedicated phone application. Target Screen Fields • • • Target Name: The Offender/Victim Name as appears at the government files Enable: Indicates if the target is activated or disabled. Only enabled targets will be monitored. New Target Screen Fields • • • • • • • • Target Name: the name of the offender/victim as you choose (normally the name as appears at the government files) Enable: a toggle button for activating and disactivating the device. The target must be enabled in order to monitor its activity. Organization: as explained at the device section it Indicates the group that is being used.

Editing Geofencing Zones By pressing the option, a new window will pop For defining a new geofencing zone, press the Add Area • • A new area was added automatically as marked in the blue circle For choosing between Inclusive\exclusive\proximity press the left drop down option as marked in the green circle 18 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
Inclusive / exclusive setting Press the circle option The Mouse pointer will change to a cross when hovering the map, mark the area you need 19 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
By pressing the hand option You will be able to move and change the radius of the area needed. Scheduling the Inclusive / exclusive setting After setting the inclusive \ exclusive zones the user can set the time intervals for allowing or disallowing the target to move, by pressing the Schedule button and setting the required time. If no time interval was set by user, the default will be the entire time period.
Proximity Target By choosing the proximity option, a drop-down menu of targets will appear and you will be able to choose and search the victim that you want to monitor and alert proximity to. by pressing "Add Areas" bottom you can add more than one victim for each offender (such as for setting an offender alert to the woman and the family members as well) The distance for the alert activation is to be set in meters. 21 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.

Top Alert View By pressing one click on an alert, a "Top Alert View" will open • • A window with the alert summery of the violation and the alert resolve including text entered by the user.
Map Window in The Alert Section • • • • Last know location – location of the target as was update last by the device Geofencing Zones – the settings of the geofencing as where set by the user Main Events – main events of the target to be viewed. Path – shows the tracked path of the target as where saved by the system, the user can choose between tracked path scopes of 1/12/24 hours to view on the map 24 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
Events Screen Events window will allow the user to watch all the raw data received by the device in an organized way including making searches and filtering information By pressing the Search Events a new window will pop with more tools for better filtering relevant data 25 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
Audit Screen The audit screen will allow the user to get information about the actions of the different users in the system. By pressing the Search Audit button, a new window will pop and include more advanced filtering methods and sorting the data The generated audit can be download as an Excel file by pressing the download button. 26 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
User Management Screen The user management screen allows to create and edit all the different users in the system including setting different kind of users with different permissions 27 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
Victim Application When opening the application, an ongoing cyclical communication between the phone and the server will start for as long and the phone is powered up Demo when pressing the main button an alert will appear at the monitoring panel. 28 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.

Proximity Alert The alert will set on when the offender will pass the virtual fence (the distance) as was set by the user. The alert will include the followings: • • Alarm at the user monitor interface A massage that will appear at the victim phone 31 © Freecell 2022 35 Efal st.
