MAINTENANCE & CARE EVERY 15 TO 20 RIDES SECTION CAUTION: Service other than the procedures described here must be performed by an authorized technician. EMERGENCY BRAKE: Test the emergency brake by pressing down on the resistance knob while pedaling slowly. The flywheel should come to a complete stop immediately.
